This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. Мы отдыхали в этом доме три дня с компанией друзей и остались в полном восторге! Дом светлый, чистый, очень уютный и со вкусом обустроенный. Расположение — отличное: рядом аэропорт и центр Юрмалы, при этом тихо и спокойно. Территория ухоженная, с красивым садом, мангалом и летней кухней — идеальное место для отдыха на свежем воздухе. Внутри есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца, туалетные и кухонные принадлежности, даже мелочи вроде ватных дисков и таблеток для посудомоечной машины — всё предусмотрено до мелочей. Бассейн теплый (24–25 градусов), сауна большая, ухоженная. Мы пользовались ей по два раза в день, а счет за воду и электричество приятно удивил — он оказался совсем небольшим. В доме прекрасная шумоизоляция — даже громкая музыка не мешает тем, кто отдыхает в другой комнате. Планировка очень удобная, никто никому не мешал, даже когда оставались гости. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

The place was amazing for a large group! It has a beautiful front yard and a large dining room/living room area inside. I would recommend this place to everyone!

A stunning home in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Jomas street. You can find plenty of scooters nearby. The home is kitted out with every modern gadget you can think of and was kept in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool on days we weren’t exploring.

Absolutely peaceful sorrounding area - quiet place with lake view from apartment. Apartment was perfect clean and host was very nice and responsive.

Очень спокойно и уютно, рядом речка можно купаться и можно рыбачить не далеко маленький магазин где можно купить все необходимое ,минут 15 до станции Дзинтари и море 25 минут очень спокойно и хорошое расположение. Хозяева очень приятные люди которые всегда рады помочь.

Paras mahdollinen paikka majoittua. Lähellä Riikaa, rauhallinen ympäristö ja todella kodikas paikka. Majoittajan kanssa kommunikointi sujui loistavasti.

Die Unterkunft und der Aufenthalt waren toll! Ich kann mich gar nicht beschweren. Ich habe nur kleine Anmerkungen: 1) Das Leitungswasser hat einen ausgeprägten Schwefelgeruch. Das heißt - Trinkwasser muss gekauft werden. Das muss man berücksichtigen, wenn man wie wir ohne Auto reist. 2) WLAN ist zwar vorhanden, aber die meiste Zeit aus irgendeinem Grund "keine Internetverbindung" (liegt wahrscheinlich am Anbieter) Sonst ausgezeichnete Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern unterwegs und haben alle leicht Platz gehabt, haben uns wohl gefühlt und den schönen großen Garten genossen. Vielen Dank an die Alexander und ihren Mann!

Great place, beautiful, peaceful, walkable distance to the sea. House if fully equipped for a family of four persons. Great host - very responsive, flexible - our family spent a few wonderful days here - very much recommended.

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

Всё очень понравилось. Тихое ухоженные место в непосредственной близости к пляжу (1 мин ),магазинам и барам (5мин). Хозяин Arturs живёт по соседству и всегда был рад помочь или ответить на интересующие нас вопросы . Нам разрешили заселиться рано утром раньше положенного времени на 6 часов, огромное спасибо за всё!

The house of Jelena is perfect to be in the middle of the nature, in a very peaceful and silent area, a short drive (when no traffic, only 10 min!!!) away from the city centre and the Old Town. It looks like the middle of the countryside. The sauna was amazing and the beautiful spaces are perfect to hang out with friends and spend quality time together. Can't wait to be back in the future :)

It was A very nice stay with the owners taking a good care of our family. House is spacious and very special, as it is a family home and has everything you might need. Our kids said they felt like staying in a manor or a castle. Everything has been built and made as for themselves and you could feel the personal touch and history. The house has automatic gates (with private parking right next to the house), lovely garden area with super good privacy and possibilities to grill and chill outside in the garden. Kids were playing basketball. The best is location - few minutes walk from the seaside and the main walking street with bunch of good restaurants as well as park with a lot of kids activities. Very central, yet hidden gem 💎. We definitely recommend 🥰

We are three sisters visiting Latvia for the first time. We loved staying with Katrina, Anna and Matias (and their sweet puppy) in Jürmala! From before booking to the moment of departure, our hosts were responsive, helpful, and charming. The cottage is in a little garden w an apple tree, next to the beautiful main house, behind a gated fence on the main road. There’s a sweet table for outdoor dining. The address is easy to find, just outside the “downtown” part of town, so everything is accessible but it is quiet on the beach. Across the road is a little gourmet food stand for goodies and fruit. The gorgeous beach is a pretty ten minute walk away. The cottage has one really nice main bedroom, which also serves as a shared space (tv and little dining table), plus two small rooms. We loved the vibe and style, pretty but casual, with a real kitchen. One of us had a chest infection, and our hosts really stepped up so we got immediate, Impeccable, and inexpensive medical help.

Ein wunderschönes, großes, gemütliches Haus in der ruhigen Gegend. Alles ist super sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hausbesitzer, die in der nähe wohnen. Alle Fragen konnten sehr schnell geklärt werden. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Nice and quiet location in the remote part of Jurmala, off the busy touristy paths. This worked great for us, traveling with an infant. The house and the garden are cozy and comfortable. And the beach is within walking distance. Anatoly is a great host, very responsive and ready to help and take care of his guests. It is best to rent if you have a car, since there's not to many stores and restaurants near by.

Great place to stay close a busy street, but in the meantime to be in the cozy and quite place.

A lovely place a short walk away from the sea. There is a good network of public transport, so we could get easily around even without car. Raimonda’s place is next to her mother’s house who was very sweet with us. The cottage is very cute with a nice style and well equipped. I would appreciate more basic items (salt, oil) and a coffee maker (there is a nespresso machine). Overall, we had a very lovely stay and I would certainly recommend. Thank you!
