Apartment vacation rentals in Mārupe Municipality

I certainly can recommend staying at Katrin's apartment! We spent a week there and everything was great. The apartment has everything you may need for a long-term stay plus it's clean and nicely decorated. Wifi speed is good and we didn't have any problem working from there. The location is quite nice too - the building is located in a nice, private neighborhood with tons of cute private houses around. There are some small grocery stores nearby and sea shore is 30 minute walk away but we rented Bolt scooters and with that it's just up to 10 minute ride away.

Third time staying in Sanitas apartment yo visit friends who live nearby and the apartment is always great. Clean and tidy with everything you need.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. There is a nice garden, where you can rest and play football. The host is very helpfull and friendly. It's a good starting point to visit Riga and national parks in this region. I can recommend this this place!

Ivo is very kind and forthcoming host. All the questions were answered/solved in a quick manner, without any burden. Apartment is cosy and fully equipped - you don’t need to worry about anything. Perfect match for a pair or single traveller. Excellent location for those travelling with their own car (reserved parking space is included into offer). I would consider this apartment for the next stay as well.

Great stay with my friends at Igors's place, comfy appart and quiet place a bit away from city center.

Ļoti gaišs, plašs dzīvoklis. Ļoti piemērots "pasēdēšanai" tuvāko draugu lokā. Kā arī pati īpašniece ļoti atsaucīga un sasniedzama.

For the most part, I loved my time in this airbnb. It was extremely spacious for one person, the location was ideal to have easy access to the main businesses of Jomas iela while also being far enough away that you didn’t hear the noise of the other tourists. My only issue with the place was that I didn’t realize how bad the mosquitos can get at night. I own that I should have done my research a bit better about what to expect when staying so close to the beach and taken better precautions. So I only write this to warn anyone who is prone to mosquito bites to close the windows at night!

Очень очень понравилась жилье, местоположение, территория, хозяева. Совсем рядом река с чистым пляжем и детской площадкой (актуально для тех кто с детьми), недалеко центральная прогулочная улица Йомас с кафе и ресторанами, море с хорошим чистым протяженным пляжем, кафешками, и шикарными закатами, железнодорожная станция и продуктовый магазин, три раза в неделю фермерский базарчик. Имею большой опыт аренды апартаментов в различных странах, здесь хозяева предусмотрели все для чудесного отдыха своих клиентов. В апартаментах есть абсолютно все, что может понадобиться, Вам не нужно заботиться ни о каких хозяйственных мелочах ни для краткосрочного ни для длительного отдыха. Есть и чайник и плита и холодильник и микроволновка и тостер и даже блендер. Территория очень чистая, ухоженная, зеленая, много цветов, так приятно на ней отдыхать или удаленно работать.

This apartment is in a magnificent old building on the beach. Hard to miss. The outside needs some refurbishment, but Anita’s apartment has been done wonderfully — attractive, well designed, well equipped and comfortable. Everything we needed was already there, allowing us that extra bit of relaxation.

It's a very comfy apartament and there is everything you need. The location is superb, you have everything you need very close to the apartament - bus, shop and of course beach. Neighbourhood is quiet. Overall it's a very nice place to stay and Olgerd is perfect host

Logement très spacieux et très propre, sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Le tramway est à 5 mn à pieds, et à 30 mn du centre de Riga. Les lits étaient de bonne qualité, et nous y avons très bien dormi. Natalija a été très serviable, vaut meme nous chercher à l’aéroport. La cité, très soviétique, peut surprendre, mais est en réalité très calme et très tranquille.

We spent three weeks in the apartments with a one-year-old baby. The place is located in an old building, but the apartment itself is completely renovated, clean, and spacious, with great furniture. The bed is very big and super comfortable. The host provided us with a baby crib (thanks a lot!). The kitchen has everything you would ever need, including a blender, which we used sometimes for preparing baby food. There was roadwork right in front of the building throughout our stay, but surprisingly, we didn't hear much noise. The apartment has high-speed internet, and the second bedroom has a desk, so the setup was great for getting work done. We didn't get a chance to meet the hosts, but communication with Olesja was great. I highly recommend the apartment, especially for families.

Väga puhas, avar ja ilus korter. Kõigele oli mõeldud, mis tegi peatumise väga mugavaks, tundsime end super hästi seal. Rihards oli väga sõbralik suhtleja, tüütasime teda nii mitmel korral oma küsimustega siis vastas koheselt ja oli abivalmis ning tore. Aitäh! Soovitame väga seda majutust! 🙂
