We had a great time at Tony and Martine's. They were welcoming and provided good advice. The accommodation is clean and functional. The terrace is a real plus. We spent a lot of time there… The location is ideal, close to the beach, main roads… We highly recommend it.

Excellent stay in this tastefully decorated apartment. We encountered a minor issue that our contact person was able to resolve remotely with a responsiveness that should be noted. The pool and slide delighted the children.

Two week stay at Patrick's in March. It's all said in previous reviews, spacious, comfortable, well laid out. Everything happens on the beautiful shaded terrace overlooking a tropical garden and its many birds! Very good hospitality from Patrick and good communication throughout the stay. Note the great flexibility regarding the departure time on the last day of rental. In short, a place to recommend for a stay in the south of Martinique away from the crowds and quiet.

Listing is as described on the advertisement. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, with a bottle of fresh water which is nice. Karine is friendly and responsive in communication. We took the half pension formula with Pierre and Vacances, so we did not use the kitchen amenities of the accommodation. Some downsides: - a single hand towel p/ person for 12 days, it's a little fair (even if it doesn't spoil the holidays). - at noon, exposed in full sun, it is very very hot on the terrace despite the large umbrella (with the wind, we were afraid to unfold it and that it breaks). The most annoying is that after 5pm/5:30 pm, it is almost impossible to find a parking space in the parking lot of the residence . This is a real problem, although it is totally beyond Karine's control. We had a pleasant stay and recommend our host without hesitation.

One month stay. Beautiful view, well decorated studio, comfortable cotton bedding, excellent mattress. Stephanie even provided me with a duvet . Renovated bathroom, shower with glass doors and good hot water pressure. Quiet location, sea view. I recommend it and go back next year.

We had a pleasant time at Sandra's, the interior space is cozy and functional and the exterior is a unique place of conviviality. The pool and outside amenities are perfect. Our host was very accommodating and available. Would definitely stay there again. Gilles

Very very nice apartment! Very clean and just like the photos. The apartment is located just outside Le François and is very quiet. The view and the pool were also very nice. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Béangère was also very pleasant and she always responded very quickly. We were able to check in earlier, which was very pleasant for us. All in all, a very nice stay. We highly recommend it.

OMG! everything was perfect; René's warm, friendly welcome and kindness. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable as if we were at home. The fridge and pantry had been filled (milk, juice, bottles of water and planter, butter, jam, fruit, breads, cookies ).The outdoor courtyard is beautiful with the in-ground pool, sun loungers, hammock, dining table etc. We loved our stay in Ste-Luce!

Accommodation in a house with a large carbet. The layout of the rooms in a row is not very functional when sharing the place with another couple. But it's not so annoying because you don't spend much time there. We live under the carbet instead. Night access on the first day can be difficult due to the distance of the neighborhood from the center of St Joseph and the steepness of the slope to park your car.

Wow! An amazing house with a beautiful view. The outside space was so nice that we made sure we were back from daily adventures in time to enjoy hours on the deck or in the pool. The inside was also spectacular, the beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities we could ask for. Johanna was quick to respond to any questions and provided advice for restaurants and activities. Definitely a 5 star property!

The house is convenient and very spacious, the area quiet but quite far from the beaches (a vehicle is required). The neighbors welcomed us in a very cordial way and were a good tip for the surrounding activities.

We booked with the previous owner. Ludovic was super nice and communicative. Very attentive with a very nice touch on our arrival. The info is very clear. The villa is ideal for our family and functional but it is true that there is some renovation work to be done. Perfect amenities and supplies (food hygiene, water, laundry). A special note for the provision of masks: perfect for going to see the wreck a few km away! Finally, the pool (very rare) is a real pleasant plus! Thanks again Ludovic

David was extremely helpful with assistance to plan our visit before arrival, and was very responsive to any questions we had. The Villa was well appointed, clean and afforded ample living space for our family of 5. Our teenage boys were super happy to their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor living space was wonderful, featuring the infinity pool, dart board, large table, lounge chairs, sofas and large TV for nighttime movies. We always felt safe and any neighbourhood sound was warm and enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy and quick access to all amenities. A car is necessary, and David has 3 parking spots right in front of the villa. A wonderful stay, thank you!

The apartment matched the description, Aurelie the co-host is very welcoming and helpful despite the late hour of my arrival especially as we could not find the address. she remained discreet but caring. Christine was very considerate about the water cut, thank you very much. The pool is clean and very pleasant when returning from walks. the only downside of the apartment and because I'm nitpicking would be the lack of an outside handle on the door leading to the terrace to prevent mosquitoes from coming inside, but really it's a micro detail. if I have to come back to Trois Ilets I would rent again without hesitation with Christine. The value is great and the services live up to the proposal. Thank you very much for your stay.

A good base in the north of the island, simple and efficient accommodation, excellent hosts, with very good communication, very attentive and generous. Spent 4 nights at an attractive rate. I recommend this property and will not fail to return during my next visits.

We had a great stay, Cécile welcomed us very warmly and advised us for our stay. The accommodation is located 5-10 minutes walk from the city center of Sainte-Anne and the beach, it is ideal. We recommend it!

Great week-long stay! Very fluid communication. The room is as described, the balcony with very well equipped kitchen is a big highlight, the view is magnificent. Having a parking space in the residence is very convenient. We couldn't even try out the pool because the beaches of Martinique are beautiful:)

We had a pleasant stay at Katia's. She was super responsive and always had good deals . Katia is attentive in these small gestures (birthday card, little decor of Valentine's Day, baby seat And help with the bath , she also served us a punch) and she loves her little Oasis with all her heart and it shows. The room was perfect, and the children were able to sleep in the crib without any worries (small downside only on the bed chair which is a little too firm )but honestly it's just a small detail compare to the rest and then the view is just breathtaking.
