This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Odensala (Märsta), rural !!, 5 km to Märsta Station and the grocery store, but only 700 m. to the bus stop. It is most practical if you have your own car. 14 minutes by car to Arlanda. Relatively newly built bright rooms in apartment on 1st floor. Grey parquet floors, slanted but high ceilings in general. Wi-fi, chromecast. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Keypad-lock. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods right outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
