Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und ist ein Ort zum zurückziehen. Der schön angelegten Garten bietet sowohl Sonnen als auch Schatten Plätze. Direkt am Pool befindet sich eine großzügiger Grill Bereich. In der Villa hast du liebevoll eingerichtete Räume, 3 der Zimmer haben ein Bad Ensuite. Die Küche bietet genug Platz fürs kochen und geselliges Beisammensein. Die Dachterrasse überzeugt mit einen atemberaubenden Blick über Palma aufs Meer und das Tramontana Gebirge.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. If you are 4 people please book it for 4 people not 3 - Thanks

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
