It was in Valenciennes that our 150 m2 semi-bourgeois house from the early 20th century underwent a deep renovation. An apartment to receive you has been completely furnished in the attic, on the second floor with a fully equipped 40 m2 living room. It includes two beds (located in the same room), a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area, a shower room + toilet. The neighborhood is quiet, and you can park there (free of charge in the parking lot of the Auchan supermarket located 100 meters away).
