Old Town apartment: Amazing!!!A3

The apartments are located in the heart of the old town, 15 steps from the main street Stradun. The house in which the apartment is located is older than 300 years, while the interior has been recently renovated, modernly equipped and air conditioned. This apartment has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining for 4 people, television with shower. area of approx. 40m2. Located on a 3rd floor! If your looking to stay in the centre of Dubrovnik's Old Town you really can't get more central than this, it's a perfect place to stay for someone wanting to explore the city and everything it has to offer. Old Town has plenty of bars, restaurants and small local shops! There is also a local beach called Ploce. We own the whole building and have all three apartments listed on Airbnb, but if you want to rent the entire building just let me know. : )

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment).
