Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
