Condo vacation rentals in Marion County

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

I have family in Welaka and stayed for a few days while in town for a funeral. The condo was very nice and had everything I needed. Location on the river is absolutely beautiful. The pool and seating area was very clean and perfect place to watch the sunsets. Everyone I met while there was extremely nice & helpful. The only small complaint I would have is the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our condo was very nice and in perfect view of the river. Very convenient to launch and dock your boat. The pool area was always clean and refreshing. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We love the area, we stay in the area every year around the same time and Melissa’s place was not disappointing. The pool was clean, the condo was amazingly comfortable. We had 2 grandkids with us this trip so the pullout sofa bed worked well for them. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls for the days we decided to eat in. Beautiful water front views. Lots of wild life to watch also. Would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area..

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

We love the river life and the condo on the river was amazing. We will return. Thanks so much for the awesome accommodations on the river.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

My husband & I were in a very unique situation with selling & buying a house simultaneously and unfortunately our second closing getting postponed after selling our current home. We were basically homeless for 3 weeks with 14 chickens & 2 mini cows 😂 Katie was a lifesaver and her property is gorgeous. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets and the sweetest horses and dogs onsite. Such a cozy spot!

River Bend condos are located in a lovely area with great views of the St. John's River. The condo was very nice inside and out, the grounds are well kept, quiet road for early morning walks. Several great, local places nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A few things to note, but not a big deal - keyless entry required two hands to pull the door to lock and unlock, you will get used to it:) Bring a bar of soap for the bathroom. The condo provided a Keurig coffee maker, but bring k cups. Actually an old fashioned coffee maker was found in cabinet above frig and it worked fine. Bring hair dryer. Overall, it was a lovely place and I highly recommend.
