The apartment is very nice and cozy. Being inside the village but with a view in front of the dam gives it an important plus in location. There is a construction site next door (previously reported by the host) but we did not hear constant noise and closing the window reduces it a lot, so it did not affect the stay. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and Alejandro's super fast response from the beginning. When we arrived, they sent us a very kind collaborator who took care of clarifying our doubts and welcoming us very well. We will definitely return.

The apartment is located about 30 minutes from the airport, it is very comfortable, safe as it has electronic locks at the entrance of the tower and apartment, it has excellent parking inside the complex, it is located in a quiet and safe area; in its surroundings, 5 minutes by car, there are excellent shops. It features excellent natural lighting during the day. Very organized, clean. Excellent host, very attentive.

Top location, top flat, unbeatable value for money, perfect welcome, clear and useful instructions, the apartment is more than comfortable with the jacuzzi as a central element, all in a very nice neighborhood, accessible, close to everything and safe.

I Highly Recommend!!! I Been To Medellin A Few Times But This View Was Truly Amazing & One Of The Best. Overall The Apartment Is Beautiful and The TV Has To Be Like 80inches Wide! A very cozy, clean, tidy place in an unbeatable location

Fantastic place! Comfortable layout, great appliances, nice kitchen, and nice it is on the second floor. There was construction on the street which was noisy in the morning and created some congestion. But everything else was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! We need something close to our wedding venue. The room felt big, the bed was so big and comfy, plentiful blanket and pillows. The bed was a little firm but we slept well and felt we had everything we needed. Cute little kitchen space. We really enjoyed the large tv, very relaxing for our nights in. Easy self-check in. I also liked that there was security 24/7 at the entrance/gate. We felt safe. There is a mall with everything you need within a 5 min uber (Jardines Llanogrande), including a Starbucks. There was also a 24 hour grocery store (Pharmatodo), perfect for grabbing snacks and water. There is a steak house located in the apartment complex. It’s convenient but a little expensive, so we didn’t get a chance to try it out. But nice that it is on site. A plus was how peaceful and quiet it was. We were well rested and would definitely stay again!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.
