Extremely clean and well organized apartment, very well located, new, modern and very beautiful place. Well equipped kitchen, every detail was very well thought out. Rodrigo is an excellent host, helpful, kind, polite and proactive. The surrounding area brings several options of restaurants, shops and places for sightseeing. The apartment was very clean, everything in place, very spacious, linen and clean towels, very quiet the neighborhood, close to several places, only one negative point, had only 3 mugs and 1 glass, as we were in 5, we had to improvise with disposable cups. Just this detail so that it would be 10/10 the stay.

Dona Bene is extremely fast and very, very good people. We feel at home with her and plan to come back. The location is excellent, and the ap of the feeling of a hug house. We'll be back soon! Thank you for the amazing experience.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, it was very clean and with the basics for a stay. I did not have personal contact with employees at any time, but it was all very practical and I had no problems. My car is a large SUV and I had a lot of difficulty getting out of the garage, someone with little practice and/or who does not know how to use the beacon would probably need help to get out of the garage, which is quite steep and narrow, but calmly everything worked out. I think it's worth alerting guests to this garage detail to avoid conflicts! The apartment is very large and very comfortable!
