Marina Grande Deluxe

DinaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Valentina's beautiful Marina Grande apartment accommodated our family of 3 with ease, comfort and a feeling of being at home. This location is very walkable to Sorrento center, the marina for ferry transport, historic restaurants and connected us with residents that were so gracious. Valentina made sure that our booking process, arrival, week-long stay and departure was seemless. We cant wait to visit her again and stay in this wonderful seaside apartment 💕 !!

Casa "Consy"

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

Pasquale is a great host. Insanely quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay, calm and beautiful. Lots of restaurants at bars at a walking distance. Great connection point to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Capri with direct boat connections from the harbour 10 minutes away. We had a great time in Castellammare di Stabia. Definitely recommend

OroBlu Seaview Apartment - Marina di Cassano

ZianRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were very lucky to find this homestay during our spring break. First, the conclusion: This homestay is very suitable for 1. People who want to enjoy the tranquility and sound of the waves alone 2. People who want to visit the surrounding popular attractions, and 3. People who have a certain physical strength or love to walk by the sea. Detailed version: First of all, the location of the B&B and transportation. The homestay is located in Piano di Sorrento, a suburb of Sorrento. Note that they are not the same town. Piano is more like a satellite village next to the town, although the train ride only takes about 4 minutes. The exact location of the B&B is in the middle of the cliff ring road north of Piano Village - don't be discouraged by this, even if it's not hard to walk along the ring road to the beach at the bottom of the cliff, it only takes about 10 minutes, and you can enjoy the stunning sea view along the way. There is a bus stop less than 100 meters away, and there are corresponding public elevators at the top and bottom of the cliff as a supplement to public transportation.Even so, for us who came here for the first time, these are still a bit complicated: the train from Naples to Piano di Sorrento did not arrive on time, the route from the train station to the bus station did not have much indication (the network along the way was not stable), the bus station sign was not obvious, and it was even a bit confusing (the same bus in the village center seems to have two different station signs?)Wait... fortunately, the host kept confirming our location and arrival progress from the day before. It sounds a bit cumbersome, but it's actually very friendly and necessary.Marco even kindly waited for us to get off at the bus stop and took us to the B&B.And as we gradually got acquainted with this small village, buses and elevators were no longer so necessary for us, as it only took about 20 minutes to walk from the B&B to the village center square, Piazza Cota. The bottom of the cliff is more like a combination of fishing, ferry and sightseeing piers, with two small gray beaches, fishermen leisurely fishing and various ferries passing by. After visiting the entire village, we went to the more popular Sorrento and Capri Island, which was much more convenient than I thought: As mentioned earlier, the drive to Sorrento was very close, the train runs about every 30 minutes (although it was never on time). The ferry to Capri leaves and returns once a day, leaves at 8:30am and returns at 5:30pm, you can buy a round-trip ticket directly at the Piano pier.Everything went smoothly as long as the time was planned. Finally, the B&B itself: The distance from the sea was just right for us, we could enjoy and listen to the sea without obstruction, and it didn't feel too humid. The interior is very transparent and well-lit. The bedroom is located in a separate room in the center to avoid the western sun or direct sunlight and keep it cool. The view from the balcony and hallway is even better than the pictures. The house is fully equipped with new facilities. The room temperature was a bit cold for us in early April. We turned on the air conditioner for heating and took out the extra blanket in the room when we slept. Conclusion: For the right people, this B&B is better than the resort hotels in countless popular scenic spots.

I am so happy I booked with Alessandra! I have never booked an AirBnB outside of the United Stars so I was nervous but Alessandra made everything so easy. Her apartment was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and the check-in process was simple. And Alessandra had so many fantastic recommendations for us! This is my first trip to Napoli but it will not be my last. When I return I will definitely book with Alessandra again!

Breathtaking view - Casa Caldiero Anemone Di Mare #4

TomRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Grady met us at the main road by the steps that led down to the villa. We used the taxi service he recommended and they were excellent. Decided to go with a taxi instead of the ferry due to the possibility of rough seas and cancellations. We had amazing weather our entire 3 night stay. Grady walked us through everything, recommended a person for a personal sunset cruise the night we arrived and it was amazing! The villa was better than the photos show. Spotless and well equipped. No dryer but that is the case with every place in Italy. We hung our clothes with the rack they supplied. No microwave but that was not an issue for us. Morning coffee on the terrace was the best part. Relaxing with spectacular views. The location was perfect. Close to the ferry pier restaurants and shops. Loved the villa and Positano. We will definitely stay in Grady and Letizia’s place again! PS- the steps are a bit more than in the description but trust me, it is so worth the effort!

Hi . Stayed at Melania‘s for the first week in April. Even before my journey, Melania had the transport from Airport the the accommodation sorted. On arrival was Melania waiting. The lass even demanded carrying my Suitcase. The Flat was as described. Light friendly and super Clean . She even had breakfast for the next morning. . Melania is a very polite and friendly lass , answering all of my questions and giving all information haw to get to Sorrento ( 4km ) . The bus stop is 2minutes up the road. Runs nearly every 1/2 hr and costs 2 €. It isn’t advisable to walk the roads at night or even with children. There Art of driving has to be respected 🤔😀.But it is Italien and its the way they drive . The stay was magnificent, the locals as Melania , friendly and helpful. Great place to holiday. Beautiful scenery and amazing food . Would I visit this region again. I going to and soon . And perfect place if you like walking . Thank you Melania .

Lovely 2 bedroom beach apartment near Sorrento

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++
