Villa vacation rentals in Marina di Sibari

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Highly recommend! We stayed for one week and beside the nice weather for this time of the year and the cristal seaside, the house was perfect. We were a group of 6 adults and the house was big enough and comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped, big balconies in two of the bedrooms, a big living room and a garden with terrace to enjoy and admire the sunset in the evening. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing, very close to the sea and to the Acquazzura acquapark if you like the adrenaline and water slides. Giovanni was very resposive, helpful with indications and reccomandations. We had very good communication: before, during and after our staying, he was very nice and prompt to recover my laptop charger before flying back home. Thank you again for being so kind, we had a great vacation!

Bylliśmy u Cesarino tydzień. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny, komunikatywny, pomocny. Bardzo czysto w domu i łazienkach. Dostalismy pachnące ręczniki. Szkoda że nie było zmywarki. Trochę daleko do morza. Oświetlenie wokół domu i leżaki w ogrodzie robiły dobrą atmosferę zwłaszcza wieczorami po gorącym dniu. Tworzyły strefę relaksu. Szczerze polecam.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta a schiera di testa con ampio giardino e un portico con tavolo e sedie per poter cenare senza sentire il caldo estremo di questa estate. Un altro tavolino con 4 sedie, posizionato strategicamente sotto la palma, dava ulteriore refrigerio per gustare un amaro dopo cena. Le camere matrimoniali sono ampie e condizionate, i due bagni uguali (uno al piano terra, l’altro al piano superiore) hanno tutti i servizi necessari; spaziose e pulite (oltre a tutto il resto della casa) pure la sala e la cucina. Il parcheggio è privato ed è proprio di fronte alla villetta che tra l’altro è situata in un complesso residenziale accessibile tramite cancello elettrico. Di fianco è posizionato un parco giochi per bambini, gli orari di utilizzo serali non venivano mai rispettati e (unica nota stonata) a volte il chiasso era eccessivo. Di fronte alla villetta un piccolo supermercato fornito del necessario, più una rosticceria, un frutta e verdura, una pizzeria e anche una farmacia; per le nostre abitudini, due coppie adulte, non si è mai reso necessario cercare altro più lontano. I ristoranti della zona hanno prezzi contenuti e quando siamo stati fuori abbiamo sempre mangiato bene. La spiaggia è bella e pulita, facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con una passeggiata di 15 minuti; bello e pulito pure il mare, quest’anno forse anche troppo caldo. L’host si è dimostrato cortese e premuroso fin dal nostro arrivo e per i 12 giorni della nostra permanenza. Tre suggerimenti che avevo dato all’host durante il nostro soggiorno per rendere 5 stelle super la villetta ma che nulla tolgono al piacere che abbiamo avuto di soggiornare qui: dotare la sala di un ventilatore a soffitto, utile se si pranza in casa (difficile, almeno quest’anno, pranzare sotto il portico perché troppo caldo), poi un microonde in cucina al quale oggi è difficile rinunciare e infine una nespresso per godersi un caffè, ci sono 3 macchine moka a disposizione ma magari c’è chi preferisce un caffè diverso. Per il resto tutto davvero ok e ci ritorneremmo volentieri, grazie Giacomo.

La casa è l'ideale per una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e del contatto con la natura. A 10 minuti di macchina dal mare, la location è immersa nelle colline del posto, circontata da alberi da frutto e dal silenzio assoluto. L'host è una persona squisita, estremamente puntuale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo se avete bisogno di staccare dalla città.

Bella casa, migliore che in foto; grande giardino, ottimo per il gioco sicuro del nostro cane e per il nostro relax; vicinissimi al mare limpido, cinque minuti a piedi; spiagge sassose mai affollate; in tre minuti di auto si raggiunge Montegiordano Marina con un bel lungomare, piccoli negozi, persone gentili, tanti cani ben accetti e pulizia elvetica. Sandro ci aveva segnalato che le siepi intorno al giardino potevano non essere sufficienti a “confinare” un cane: in effetti chi viaggia con animali inclini alla fuga, di taglia medio-piccola, potrebbe avere problemi: il nostro Jon, pastore super territoriale, non ha mai neanche pensato di scappare! La vicinanza con la Jonica inoltre rende facilmente raggiungibili molte destinazioni turistiche, da Sibari a Matera, da Metaponto al Pollino.

Posizione molto tranquilla in piena campagna ma facilmente raggiungibile. La signora Angela molto gentile e premurosa, riserva all' ospite una attenzione eccezionale ed è disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La casa molto grande, pulita e accogliente è dotata di ogni comfort ed è circondata da un ampio giardino molto ben curato. Consigliatissimo per famiglie. Una location veramente incantevole, che ha posizione ottimale per raggiungere in poco tempo le località più suggestive della Basilicata ed oltre fino alla Puglia, sia in direzione della costa, che verso l'entroterra.

This beach house is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a big family. It is a wonderful apartment with everything we needed. The hosts are nice and helpful people and the area is beautiful with friendly people. The beach is clean and was never crowded during our summer stay in July. Perfect holiday!

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. This is an amazing villa. It is the perfect place for multiple families to share a get together while having lots of space for separate time alone.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

Il silenzio totale, ampi spazi ben serviti, una piscina tra gli ulivi e notti tempestate da stelle più brillanti di pietre preziose. Non saprei come descrivere un angolo di paradiso. Un grazie di cuore a Miriam sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Speriamo di tornare anche il prossimo anno per vivere un'altra meravigliosa vacanza a Senise
