Vacation rentals with a patio in Marina di Santa Maria del Cedro

Lovely place, great pool with easy access plenty of room and no deep parts . Need transport to get to beach or town, Walkable but very steep walk back. Owners provided good advice for restaurants shops etc and always answered queries promptly and nicely . Ideally could have done with aircon in both bedrooms, it was very warm when we visited and we weren’t used to the heat. We flew into Brindisi, it was an amazing trip across, very scenic incredible views, leave enough time tho’ wouldn’t want you to do it in the dark as some of the roads had a few narrow hair pin bends! Overall a great holiday Thank you 😀

Доброжелательный хозяин, прислал координаты нахождения аппртаментов, это было очень полезно, мы использовали эту ссулку каждый раз, когда выезжали на машине. Герардо встретил нас лично, очень гостеприимно. Аппартаменты оказались даже лучше, чем представлены на фотографиях. Просторная гостиная с большим балконом, прекрасные виды на море и остров Дино. Кухня хорошо укомплектована, ванная чистая, спать было очень комфортно, тихо и спокойно. Аппартаменты находятня на территории рядных домов, вокруг все в зелени и цветах. До пляжей у острова Дино на машине 2-3 минуты. Парковки большие, места всегда есть. Пляжей очень много, на любой вкус. Ну и конечно обязательно надо взять катамаран или лодку и сплавать вокруг острова Дино, увидеть всю красоту гротов. Наш отдых был восхитительным!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Appartamento su due piani completo di tutto il necessario situato all'interno di un residence con piscina, ottima la comunicazione in quanto l'host è in loco. Il centro di Scalea dista un paio di minuti di macchina. Consigliato

Het appartement van Karolina was helemaal nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het appartement was ook goed: vlakbij het oude stadje en met uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Karoline verliep prettig. Dank voor het verblijf in je fijne appartement, Karolina!

Herrliche Lage und liebe Gastgeber zeichnen diese Unterkunft in den Bergen aus! Die umliegenden Dörfer bieten gute Restaurants. Sehenswerte Ruinen sind in 15 minuten Autofahrt erreichbar, genauso wie Palinuro und Badestrände. Die zwei Bäder sind super ausgestattet und modern, Betten bequem und Klimaanlagen leise. Das Frühstück besteht aus abgepacktem Süßgebäck Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden!

Alloggio corrispondente alle descrizione, immerso in luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. Vengono forniti tutti gli essenziali (lenzuola, asciugamani, sapone ecc..) sia per la camera da letto che per il bagno e la cucina che permettono di soggiornare senza ulteriori acquisti. Ideale per chi vuole abbinare sia vacanza in montagna che al mare. Lo consiglio.

Franco è un host davvero eccezionale, lui e la moglie ci hanno accolto benissimo e ci hanno fornito tutti i dettagli della casa in maniera minuziosa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima all'insegna del relax, e la loro casa è un piccolo angolo di paradiso per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Siamo già in procinto di riorganizzare un'altro week end presso di loro.

Marco è un host davvero impeccabile, ci ha subito accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Locale perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale dotato di tutti i comfort, terrazza dotata di doccia davvero splendida dove potersi rilassare in serata o prendere il sole di giorno. Parcheggio auto coperto e spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi così come supermercato e bar. Dato che abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane Marco ci ha offerto un giro in barca di mezza giornata, anche qui veramente ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo passando una giornata con amici, Marco e Margherita si sono resi disponibili ad accontentare tutte le richieste di nostra figlia e a farci visitare tutte le calette presenti nei dintorni. Che dire, soggiorno splendido che sarà sicuramente ripetuto in futuro.

Irene e Vittorio sono stati padroni di casa discreti, ci hanno lasciato piena libertà di azione e sono stati sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste (dal sapone per bucato alle presine da cucina). La biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) era profumata e a metà del soggiorno è stata interamente sostituita. Ci sono stati forniti cuscini extra (nuovi, sotto vuoto). Il giardino è curatissimo e ideale per far giocare i bambini in sicurezza (ci è stata prestata anche un'altalena dei loro nipotini). Il silenzio che consente di sentire il rumore del mare a pochi metri non ha prezzo. Disponibili stoviglie di ogni genere (piatti, ciotole, vassoi, bicchieri, mestoli e posate in abbondanza). Zona lavatoio e stenditoio comodissima, doppia doccia esterna nel verde, e con acqua calda, superlativa. Acqua fresca nel frigorifero e un cadeau di benvenuto all'arrivo. Avremmo prolungato il soggiorno ma la casa era già prenotata da altri ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente, 10 e lode agli hosts.

Sono stato in questo alloggio solo un giorno purtroppo. Alloggio estremamente comodo, grande e spazioso. Dotato di due comodissimi bagni. Molto utili per parallelizzare le classiche operazioni mattutine. Stanze grandi e ben fornite. Ci sono più condizionatori che porte 😅. Anche la cucina estremamente fornita

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

L’host Simone è un perfetto host. La casa che mette a disposizione e’ dotata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, lenzuola complete di tutto, asciugamani a disposizione e tutti gli strumenti necessari per pulire e tenerla in ordine. L’appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole con un bel terrazzo da cui è possibile godere di un panorama che spazia dal mare alle montagne. Simone e il marito sono molto simpatici e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti.

L'appartamento di Lucie è molto carino e ben tenuto, è fornito di tutto, dalla carta igienica al sapone piatti al pallone per giocare. Lucie è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e risponde celermente ai messaggi . anche il check in nonostante la sua assenza è stato molto semplice perché ci aveva fornito tutte le info in modo dettagliato. L'appartamento è in un parco molto tranquillo, vista mare, bisogna quasi sempre prendere la macchina ma è in un punto in cui si raggiunge celermente ogni meta. La nostra esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La Calabria è una terra meravigliosa, luoghi incantevoli e buon cibo, peccato che nn sempre sia ben tenuta e valorizzata.

Adriana und ihre Familie waren vermutlich die bisher mit Abstand besten Gastgeber die ich bisher kennenlernen durfte! Die ganze Familie war super süß und nett! Ich habe ungefragt Mittagessen von Mama bekommen, sowie eigenes Olivenöl und eingelegte Oliven vom Baum am Haus geschenkt bekommen. Adriana hat mich am ersten Tag direkt geschnappt und hat mir ein paar schöne Orte gezeigt. Wir waren essen und trinken und hatten über meinen Aufenthalt hinweg eine tolle Zeit! Ich habe mich mehr wie ein kleiner Teil der Familie gefühlt als an einfacher Gast! Unbedingt zu empfehlen!! Danke Adriana!! ❤️

This apartment was very large and open and felt like home. So easy to walk to the beach, train station, old town and town center. Absolute perfect location for not having a car! The owner and property managers go above and beyond to help with anything you could possibly need. Incredibly responsive and friendly. This will absolutely be my first choice if staying in the area again. Exceptional customer service and lodging experience! ❤️ thank you!

Arrivato lì ti senti subito a casa .Un progetto che va oltre il semplice affitta appartamenti.Posizione comoda a 10 minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro città ,posto tranquillo ,comodo posto auto .Francesco persona squisita con cui puoi chiacchierare tranquillamente,pronto a risolvere ogni problematica Unica pecca casa un po’ vecchiotta con qualche attenzione alla pulizia . Ma da ritornarci tantissime volte .

Great host, responsive and helpful! Home was just as pictured with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The pedestrian stairs down to town (about 4 sections) made it easy to leave the car parked at the apartment and wander the old town and the beach. Great value, highly recommend!
