Apartment located on the first floor of an elegant building, 200m from the sea, in a very quiet neighborhood. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a large living room with a kitchenette. It is just a few kilometers from San Salvo and Vasto, renowned Blue Flag beaches. On site, there is the possibility of using, in addition to equipped beaches, also a large and well-kept free beach. Cafés, markets, and all amenities are within easy reach.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The apartment consists of a bathroom (with washing machine), bedroom, bedroom and kitchen. Indoor parking, five minutes from the sea, seven from the shopping center and fifteen from the nearby villages. Pets are allowed, but please be aware that there are other apartments nearby.
