Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

Pleasant accommodation, welcoming and responsive host. Slightly noisy environment, with the railway not far away, but the accommodation is well located to be able to explore the surroundings. I recommend it!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

This place was a delight. It’s cosy and clean. It’s styled perfectly for the space. Stop at the given address and look for the front door - slightly below the footpath level.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and railway was a bit annoying.

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Location out of the chaos, clean and adorned apartment

The apartment is in a residence located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The place is nice and clean. The kitchen is functional and well-stocked. A 10-minute walk will take you to the beach of Scalea and the historic center. In 15 minutes by car, you can reach the Arcomagno beach. There is a parking lot inside the residence. I recommend this apartment! The host is available and easily accessible.

An impeccable house with everything you need to feel comfortable. We went with my partner and we felt very comfortable. The terrace deserves a special mention, the views are incredible

A beautiful place immersed in greenery, a condominium garden in front of the studio(really equipped with everything you need) with fig trees and carob trees where our dogs have liked to stay, the table outside where to eat, mosquito nets throughout the house, TV, fresh and quiet house, just outside the village where there is nothing, but 10 minutes from beautiful beaches with a crazy sea. I recommend to everyone to come to this place,I am a traveler and a Superhost in Rome, so you can trust. Patrizia is very nice and kind. Go,go

Simone was very kind. The home was just as pictured and very quiet. I can only recommend it:) Two more small tips for future visitors: 1. As already described in the other comments: It is worth having a car, as the buses do not come very often and sidewalks hardly exist. 2. Google Maps direct you, if you enter the address, to a large turning space/parking lot. However, the apartment is only behind the green gate at the end of the parking lot. Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!
