Enjoy the beautiful open space (with living room, kitchen and room in mezzanine), or relax in the privacy of the second bedroom, or feel the sunshine in the cozy yard that separates both sleeping spaces, something that only happens in centennial houses. Close to beaches, historical places, shops, restaurants and all the fun! Best ever!

The house is located 1 km away from the center of Lagos and 1.5 km from the nearest beaches (potato beach, students and pinhão) Free parking in the surrounding area.

This is a ground level house, not an apartment. It is close to everything in Lagos. Located in the old town of Lagos, inside the city walls, just steps away from the cafes, restaurants, and bars/pubs of Lagos. The nearest beach is just a 10 minute walk (4 minutes drive). Although street parking is limited, there's a large, free car park/parking lot within a 2 minute walk of our house. Please note: our house was designed for adults on vacation. It's not recommended for small children

A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
