There is hardly any car traffic audible near the apartment. It is cooler in the apartment thanks to its eastern location. Limited view of the sea from the balconies, but a nice view of the property's beautiful patio and plants. Only a 5-minute walk to the store. Nice cliffs near the beach for swimming and views when the ferries arrive. Nice walking paths around.

A big old house with a large garden in the very center of Mariehamn. In total 14 beds. The rooms are a spacious and with a lot of light. A nice place for the big family and friends with plenty of room for dining and cooking as well as five separate rooms to sleep in (three bedrooms and two combined rooms).
