The house has a large plot of land with lovely greenery in spring and summer. Terrace on two levels with dining area and lounge sofa facing south. Trampoline, swing and sandbox on the property.

The small stable that is from the 1600s has been converted into a small guest apartment. There is no running water here, but there is an old-fashioned charming little kitchen with modern equipment. The toilet consists of a modern incineration toilet. A shower with hot water is available in an adjacent building. The farm is located in a quiet ancient village surrounded by forest and arable land, but with idyllic Mariefred and Gripsholm Castle around the corner. On the farm, you get along with dogs, cats, chickens and beehives.
