New bathroom and toilet, kitchen, underfloor heating and two lovely bedrooms. The house overlooks the fjord, field and forest on a large natural plot including herb and sensory garden. The old barn building, with large glass sections, is directly adjacent to the herb garden. The building has been converted into a studio with room for 6 dining guests.

In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".
