Excellent property very large and spacious. Many trees and nature in one of Asunción's most exclusive neighborhoods. Special for large groups where they will have all amenities. Near the major mall and most upscale in the city. Spotless

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort and good service!

With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had.
