Rating: 10/10 My experience at this listing was flawless from start to finish. The space is beautifully decorated, with every detail thought out with great affection and it is impossible not to feel at home. The host was exceptional: attentive, kind, and always available, which made all the difference in the stay. And as if it wasn't already perfect, I was greeted by a lovely, super cute and friendly puppy, who brought even more warmth to the experience. Without a doubt, an unforgettable stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

This is the second time I've stayed at this studio, it's perfect and Angela and Rodrigo are great hosts, very polite and helpful! The studio is wonderful, very safe and I was able to rest peacefully, in perfect peace. I hope to be able to come back again and again and I highly recommend it.

I loved the stay. First positive point accepting the pet son, it was a very pleasant meeting of my baby pet with the Chico pet. Everton and Julia are super helpful, polite, cordial and attentive. My family and I felt at home. I highly recommend the place. Super near UFV. I am immensely grateful to Everton and Julia for their attention and welcome. All perfect!!! Angela super attentive and super helpful, polite and attentive. The location that is not so in the center but free is very cheap to downtown, and walking should be about 15 minutes.

It follows: The house is excellent, comfortable room and with a first-class structure to receive the guest. The host and the person in charge are super nice and helpful. The environment is great for children and the location is close to the center, which makes it easier to get around the city.

Quiet atmosphere and the staff of the republic is very fun and quiet. Safe environment!

The whole experience was very good, we felt very welcome and we loved the little dogs Nani and Nina. Neirinha was a great host in every way, very lovely and quiet city, great place to cool off and get out of the big city rush!

Everything perfect! Excellent location and the house is simply cute, very comfortable and complete! The pool is the best of all the houses/sights I have rented, large and deep! Neirinha is a very nice and considerate person! The two dogs are cute and very nice. I recommend the stay and will definitely rent it again!

Fantastic our stay! Neirinha is a lovely person, great talk, helpful, and very hospitable. The suite as well as the whole space was super clean and organized, not to mention the beauty of the decorations and the atmosphere that is cozy. The pool is great, and has the very good BBQ area as well. It has all the necessary utensils and Neinrinha nos of total freedom in space, note 1000. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Although we saw little of the boys of the republic, we were very well received and made us comfortable. We relaxed the check in and checkout for us. The location is great, 4 minutes walk and we are already in the historic center, there are restaurants and nearby grocery store. Come back!
