Inspired by the idyllic universe of García Márquez, Macondo - Úrsula Iguáran is 500 meters from the church of Lavras Novas, close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet spot. It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, and 2 on a sofa bed in the integrated living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.

We are located at the foot of Serra do Trovão, a high place with abundant vegetation. Our land borders the APA (Environmental Protection Area) and has an exuberant and definitive view of Serra da Chapada, in addition to a partial view of the village. The sunset from here is fantastic. Come and enjoy a unique experience with all the comfort and privacy you deserve.

Guests will wake up to the sound of birds in a very comfortable, spacious chalet with a whirlpool that brings out all the charm of the place. The chalet has a compact kitchen, with all the basic utensils, as well as a minibar, stove and microwave. Guests can enjoy the experience of preparing their food in this wonderful place, and with an incredible view! ☺️
