On the outskirts of the city but very quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB Aan de Kaai... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When you book 4 nights, one (1) hot tub evening is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a cabinet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. No visitors allowed without prior notice.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Luxuriously furnished vacation home with all the comforts, made in a historic style. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely private terrace directly adjacent to the horse pastures. 'De Oude Stal' and 'De Woelige Stal' are two separate vacation homes for 4 people each that can be linked by a large sliding wall to one large home: 'De Oude Woelige Stal' for 8 people.
