Vacation rentals in Maria River

What a special experience! This tiny would have to be one of my favourite stays on Airbnb. Staying off grid, tucked away in the wilderness for almost a week, was such an immersive adventure. Despite occupying a small footprint, with the open loft space above and cosy sleep space below, it was such a practical, liveable space. The loft was perfect for eating, reading etc and bellow, with its wonderfully comfortable mattress, numerous pillows and cushions there was another cosy corner to relax in. The decks provided beautiful views to just sit and watch nature do her thing. And then at the end of the day, there was that glorious open air shower!There was something so nurturing and nourishing washing away the day, under the stars! I ordered a box of locally grown produce and it was more than plentiful, enabling me to prepare scrumptious meals with just a few simple additions. It was all so thoughtfully curated ; it had everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. Thank you ?

Donna provides an excellent accommodation service. The unit was pristine clean and super well equipped. It is a real home away from home. Donna was v responsive to my last minute booking and later extension of stay. The little extras made all the difference. Donna is a considerate and generous host.

We loved our stay at the Mill Cottage. It felt like home the moment we checked in. Mark & Miranda’s communication was always quick to respond and they were very flexible with our needs. We’ll be back for sure!!

We all had such an amazing time at Rippas Rest. The kids, hubby and i really enjoyed the beautiful pool and tennis court and the lovely house and surroundings. Our little Boston had such a good time with all the toys and all that space to run with secure fencing throughout the property. Justine provided all the information required, clear instructions and the place had everything we needed and more! Cant wait to go back for a winter stay.

What a beautiful home in such a great location . Simon was so accommodating and helpful with everything we needed. The home is truly beautiful and very spacious. Beautiful sunsets and lovely walks as well . The camel rides are fabulous that are not far from the house . We can’t wait to visit again and is very highly recommended . Thankyou so much Simon . Pete & Maria’s place was very comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. They explained where good restaurants were and came out the front to greet us when we arrived. The patio looks out onto a tropical rainforest which is so private, peaceful and relaxing. There is an enormous TV that is easy to navigate. Coffee machine, large fridge and so many other appliances were also available.

Awesome experience immersed in nature. Definitely worth the visit.

We loved our stay at Lesley’s house. It’s in a lovely quiet spot but only a short bike ride to a park, beach, shop and cafe. The house its self has everything we needed for our 4 nights, it was very well equipped! Lesley is lovely, she answered all our questions and told us some information about events happening in the area. Lesley was very welcoming and accommodated my two children very well! Would highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting Scott’s head!
