The villa is beautiful. Redi and his staff are friendly and made sure there is plenty of drinking water and soda and beer in the fridge. The breakfast and bbq dinner were great. The complimentary transfers from/to airport/cruise port are a plus. Redi was very responsive to our requests for tours and spas. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in Bali.

Great location, pool beautiful and right at the door step. Sharing with only two other villas. Walkable to beach and cafes. Free bikes. Breakfast for 90k is okay. Otherwise options at the beach front. Would stay here again. Can only really get to Canggu by car. But La Brisa is fun for a day!

We just had the most amazing 9 days at this villa, it really is paradise. The space is huge, beds comfy, pool massive and a lush garden to boot. Massive open plan patio with comfy day bed and separate eating area. Cool open air kitchen with everything you’d need. The location is 11/10, you’re a 5 min walk from loads of cool bars/restaurants/shops, supermarket 9 mins walk away. Double Six beach with beach clubs/cheap sun loungers/cool restaurants/beach huts about 10 mins walk. We went everywhere in Bali during our trip and our beach was miles the best. We used Grab for taxi/food delivery 24/7, there’s also a great laundry 1 min walk away so no need to worry about washing/bringing loads. Excellent WiFi, Villa cleaned daily by lovely lady. I can’t believe I’ve been wasting my money in horrible Europe all these years, officially in love with Bali. We went Easter Hols which is officially shoulder season but weather was perfect, all coming home tanned/burnt!

Jacob and team were extremely responsive and accommodating. We had to stay a couple of extra days due to volcanic ash preventing us from flying out. He was so nice about letting us do that. The place was HUGE. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Bali. It's in the resort, so you can call the buggy to take you anywhere within the resort free of charge. It was a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and was like its own oasis. Only thing is it was hard to find for Grab drivers/drivers but to no fault of anyone.

This was my 2nd time staying in Wakagangga. Last year was with my best friend, and this time with my husband. Really enjoyed the place. Well deserved peace and tranquility regained since the location is away from the hustle and bustle area. The facilities are spectacular. Truly embodying Bali’s R&R vibe next to the beach. Villas are considered affordable 5 star. Service is fast! Staff are there anytime you need them. Very flexible check-in and check-out. Very grateful I got to spend my honeymoon here. Highly recommended for couples

Beautiful private villa to accommodate two families with small children. Super clean with staff who come each morning for housekeeping. Everything is here that you might need! Beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, spacious air conditioned bedrooms/living area/bathrooms. Laundry will be taken care of for a small fee. Short stroll to the main street through Sanur with many restaurants and a big grocery store. We had a delicious Indonesian meal prepared in the villa by Arie, highly recommend this for a relaxed evening in. Vanessa and the Cool Bali Villa staff were always responsive and helpful when we needed anything. We can’t thank them enough for a wonderful holiday with our children!

Getting to Samuels apartment posed some difficulties, mainly the last 100m. The outside view of the apartment was a bit older looking (but not old) than I expected from pictures on Airbnb but the inside was exactly as described. The apartment was clean and tidy with no smells. The kitchen and lounge rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a lounge upon which you could actually ‘lounge’. The TV and internet were good and efficient: Netflix and Prime I think as well. Internet was fast and reliable. It was nice to have HOT as well as cold water in the kitchen sink. Beds were comfortable and showers hot in both ensuite and bathroom. We used the bedroom AC overnight and it was OK but lounge one struggled whenever we used it. All need re-gassing but new ones are evidently on order; not a big deal for us. Pool directly outside was wonderful, 10 x 3m x 1.3, not deep but SUPER CLEAN, for units 4 and 5 use only. Taris the manager and staff were A++ A Great Stay

We had a brilliant stay in Meita’s lovely spacious villa and especially enjoyed the beautiful tropical garden and swimming pool. Meita and Kristina were very helpful and accommodating and we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner at Warung Memeri opposite the villa.
