Extremely comfortable house, easy access, has everything in the house, clean, organized. I highly recommend it. My family and I are very satisfied. Great value!! And the main one, very considerate Host.

The House is exactly what it appears in the photos , large kitchen, rooms with air, clean pool, good for children, it is inside a condominium. It is not seaside, but by car it is 7 min. from Frances beach which is a beautiful beach, and further ahead other wonderful beaches. We know several beaches. In the neighborhood there is a grocery store and grocery . Host was requested , responded quickly , whenever we need it. We loved the stay.

The house is a true oasis, with impeccable decor and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly.

Good value well-equipped house i only suggest a few points: . leave at least some basic items in the house like toilet paper, trash bag in the trash cans, and hand soap in the bathrooms and detergent in the Sink . I missed bath towels too ( in my case it made no difference since I live in Maceió and was able to take them) , but for those who come from outside it is not always feasible to worry about bringing towels.

I had a great experience staying at Artur, Praia do Francês, in Alagoas. The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing: comfortable and with all that is needed for quiet and pleasant days. Artur was always very attentive and helpful, promptly responding to all messages and showing great cordiality throughout the stay. I strongly recommend the accommodation for those seeking comfort, security and a good location. Without a doubt, I would stay in the house again.

Great location. A true paradise on Earth. Homemade always attentive and helpful. Dona Iara always affectionate — we were even greeted with two delicious regional cakes! The cozy place in the house made us feel like a bed and breakfast booked just for us. It was definitely worth every penny. Would recommend! We'll be back more often, God willing!

Super recommend it. Both Lucas and Amanda were great hosts, always polite and quickly answering the questions I had and making themselves available if there was any problem (where there was no). The house is the ultimate super-gathered and was super clean including the pool area. Everything was as described in the listing, left numbers of Pizzaria, grocery store, pharmacies in case we needed it. They sent me the location of the house and were there to check in. We went in 15 people and the super house answered us. We love the weekend there. We're definitely going back.

The property met our expectations very well, all assembled and organized , gourmet jewel area with shower , barbecue and plenty of space , the great condominium pool too! And the condominium is very close to the surf beach! I will definitely come back and recommend it!

The house is very good, ventilated, great pool and with all the necessary utensils to use everything according to the photos and the host and wife are very attentive and proactive. House near Praia do Francês as we wanted, my whole family loved it, it was a wonderful weekend ☺️

Lesson corresponded to the advertised. I had a bit of difficulty in finding the street entrance, there is no signage and if you do not pay attention it can pass directly. All is ok with the house, everything clean and the host always very friendly and helpful.

The stay was great, Cecília was very attentive and treated us very well. The house has nothing to complain about, everything is great and well organized, there were 15 of us and it accommodated everyone with plenty of space. It comfortably fit the three cars. Very good indeed.

The place is great and the description fully matches the reality. It is a great town house (3 bedrooms , being an en-suite) with excellent structure. Moraria there quietly rsrs. The property is within a gated condominium with swimming pool and leisure area, passing the feeling of tranquility and security. Perhaps the only problem I had was that on the first day it was without water on its face, but after contact with the owner the problem was resolved. I highlight how quickly she answers questions, is always willing to help and is very solicitous. The place is approximately 12 minutes walk from the French beach. We really like it!

One of the best places I've ever stayed on the beach. The house is gigantic and very comfortable and well distributed. Perfect place to come with family or group of friends. Very close to the beach and the access is very quiet. I highly recommend it.
