Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mardeuil

My extended family and I spent Christmas at Fabienne's house. We had a blast. The house is wonderful, and full of little personal touches. The pool was a big hit with the kids and feeding the rabbits made our mornings. Lots of space with enough room for everyone. The local town whilst small has everything needed for day to day. The location is quiet, but central to lots of local interests (Epernay, Reims, Paris, Disney, Fountainbleau etc).

We had the most wonderful overnight stay here with our two children. Even before our stay we were in touch with Michel, who already told us that he had a ‘mini-market’ in the kitchen and fridge with items to buy (great prices). This was comforting because it was Easter Day. Michel was there to receive us and guided us to the annex next to his residence. We immediately felt at home. The house is clean and has all you need and more. The pool is clean and warm (even in April) and Michel already heated the jacuzzi. The garden was kept nicely and Michel put cushions on the beds and lounge beside the pool. We lit the outside fireplace for diner and enjoyed the evening. In the morning Michel showed us a great 10k run and we even enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi again. Michel is the most lovely and caring host we ever met in a b&b. Truly amazing and we will be back!

heel net, verzorgd verblijf met een bereikbare en uiterst vriendelijke gastheer. Jean-Eric en zijn echtgenote waren heel flexibel en stonden altijd voor ons klaar.

Wir hatten super schöne, erholsame 4 Tage in der Champagne. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Ausstattung und unvergleichlichen Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse. Die Lage ist ein perfekter Startpunkt um die Champagne zu erkunden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wurden super von der Gastgeberin betreut.

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Laurence et sa famille ont été accueillants et disponibles pour assurer un séjour de qualité. Le lieu se prête parfaitement à la petite retraite au calme que nous recherchions. Je recommande, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Mention spéciale pour les pizzas maison proposées par son fils. On a adoré.

Que dire? Brigitte est une hote exceptionelle...Superbe maison pour passer un we en famille, propre, grandes chambres et salles de bain moderne. Encore merci Brigitte pour ton accueil. Nous reviendrons😁

Véritable coup de cœur . Nous avons pu célébrer notre mariage en famille dans cet endroit chaleureux. Tout est pensé pour accueillir un grand nombre de personnes . Chacun a droit à son espace et son intimité et les espaces de vie sont top . Nous recommandons à 100% et Valérie a été très accueillante et disponible .

Logement conforme en tous points à la description, dans un cadre très paisible et un environnement verdoyant. Adeline est une hôte accueillante, réactive et les recommandations d'activités à faire alentours sont nombreuses. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Place was central to the cathedral and the city center!

Le gîte d'Emilie était parfait pour nos retrouvailles entre amis. Les 4 salles de bain sont très appréciées lorsque nous sommes 13 ! Le gîte dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires (et en quantité !), comme personne n'y vit il faut venir avec ses consommables (serviettes, papier toilette, huile etc) mais c'est parfaitement gérable surtout avec ce prix ! Emilie s'est également montrée très flexible sur notre heure d'arrivée (autonome avec boîte clé) mais surtout sur notre départ qui a pu être repoussé jusqu'à 15h, merci encore !! Nous nous excusons pour le lave vaisselle, nous l'avons fait tourner avant de partir donc elle n'a pas pu être rangée :( Je recommande à 100% !

Frédérique est très attentionnée et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans sa jolie longère. Nous avons bien profité de cette belle région, riche en patrimoine, en histoire et en gastronomie. Merci à Frédérique pour son accueil et ses conseils. Bonne continuation.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le logement est très bien équipé et très agréable. Alexandra est sympathique et disponible. Tout était parfait !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Kirsten. Sie ist eine großartige, herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich in jeder Hinsicht bestens um uns gekümmert hat. Sie hat uns tolle tips gegeben und uns ihre Heimat, sowie den Champagner näher gebracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder!

Un appartement très bien situé dans le centre-ville de Chalons, je recommande fortement. Des hôtes très réactifs et arrangeants pour les horaires, merci beaucoup encore !

Une très bonne nuit dans un cadre paisible. Valérie était très sympathique. logement parfaitement équipé et très propre. Nous sommes venus au début du printemps et les nuits étant fraîches, nous avons apprécié la chaleur du logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Sandrine et son mari. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est très chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Ma fille a été ravie de pouvoir profiter de la salle de jeux. Avoir une salle de bain dans chaque chambre est un vrai plus et la literie est très confortable. la piscine est très agréable et propre , nous avons apprécié l'organisation proposée par les hôtes pour la partager équitablement entre les deux gîtes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour profiter à nouveau de tous ces points positifs !

Jolie maison, proche de Paris, parfaite pour se réunir en groupe (nous étions 9). Le coin salon avec la cheminée est parfait pour se détendre. Les poules des voisins à notre fenêtre tous les matins pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. Christelle est très sympathique, disponible et arrangeante. Merci beaucoup !

Mooi, karaktervol huis met een fijne buitenplaats met zwembad. In de buurt van Reims en Epernay voor goede restaurants en champagneproeverijen. Hele aardige gastvrouw!

Thank you so much to Françoise and Olivier! We loved our stay at their beautiful home. The apartment was so nicely decorated and curated and we felt right at home. The pool and its surrounds that we had to ourselves for our stay were absolutely stunning, and Olivier was so kind to set up the barbecue for us to use as well. Athis was a beautiful town too and simply the perfect place to explore the Champagne region. There are also some excellent roads for cycling in the area if that is of interest. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Françoise and Olivier and we hope to be able to return in the future!

Wat een fantastisch heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad bij Louis! Wij zijn super vriendelijk ontvangen en het huis en de omgeving zijn nog mooier en groter dan op de foto's. Wij reisde met mijn ouders en ons gezin. Twee dochters van 7 en 9 jaar oud en een baby van twee maanden, ook voor hem was alles aanwezig! Super attent. Het huis, de tuin en het zwembad zijn fantastisch. Er is genoeg ruimte en privacy voor iedereen. Naast relaxen in en rondom het huis hebben wij leuke uitstapjes gemaakt naar oa: Lao, Axo Plage (erg leuk voor kinderen) en Soissons. Reims is ook makkelijk aan te rijden. Een wandeling langs de wijngaard naar het Napoleon monument vonden wij ook zeer de moeite waard. Uiteraard kon een proeverij bij het chateau niet ontbreken. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Dank u!

We would love to visit this airbnb with our kids every summer! They loved watching the horses, playing on the playground, and swimming. The other families on-site were friendly and we enjoyed bbqing with them. The location was quiet, but quite close to the champagne houses we wanted to visit. Parking was ample, and the owner had a cute puppy. Our airbnb was large and clean, and my husband appreciated the AC in our bedroom.

We celebrated New Year with the whole family of 13, 8 adults and 5 children from 9 to 13. We probably broke the rule "no loud late party" on New Year's Eve. The kids loved the "attic" bedroom with ensuite toilets and bathroom. The space is great, the kitchen is more than full of everything that might be needed: plates, bowls, glasses, pans, utensils, ... you name it and there it is, in more than sufficient numbers. Bedrooms were very nice, beds themselves very comfortable with top linens. Bathrooms all nicely fitted and nice to use. No issue with heating, warm water, ... The house is extremely well noise insulated, not only from outside noise, but also from noises of other rooms within the house. It appears the owners have done most of the work themselves, which is an impressive feat. The road in front of the house is full of parking space, with sparse traffic. Most certainly a great pick at other times of the year with "better" weather, especially with usage of the swimming pool.

Joseph était réactif dans les échanges. La maison était propre et ordonnée à notre arrivée. Cadre paisible et bucolique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
