I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orxan's villa in Baku, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, Orxan was an incredibly gracious and welcoming host, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and well-maintained interiors. Each room is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed many relaxing evenings. What truly set this stay apart was Orxan's attention to detail and commitment to making our visit memorable. He provided us with excellent local recommendations, arranged transportation when needed, and was always available to answer any questions we had. His hospitality made us feel right at home. Great place near lots of restaurant and central tourists street

We are grateful to have met Nazim. The apartment was beautiful and very well maintained, all the amenities were available as listed. We had faced a few hurdles on our Azerbaijan trip, and the host went out of his way to help us. We highly recommend him, and suggest contacting him to help plan your entire trip.

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Ulvi ist ein Herzensguter Mensch er hat mir immer sehr weitergeholfen. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet.Würde das nächste mal wieder doet hingehen.Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es Cafes, Friseur Restaurants und Supermärkte beste Lage.Ausserdem ist ein Aufzug auch noch vorhanden.Gerne Wieder ! Respekt Ulvi weiter so!

Great space! Perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Hosts were always very quick to respond and help however possible. We loved it and so did our dog :)
