The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
