Quiet accommodation and just a few minutes from the tram that serves one of the central squares of the city. Well equipped, clean and comfortable! Although it is outside the historic city center, it is very pleasant to return to calm after a day in Rome. In addition, the Trastevere district is a real favorite. Big plus of the accommodation: the two rooms each have a bathroom. This allows everyone to have their own space if, like us, there are 4 of you! Thanks Mannicci!

Ivana and Giuseppe are great hosts. Always available for any info or need. House impeccable for order and cleanliness, beautiful patio where you can stay with the family during good days. Finally, there's space inside for a parking space. In short, it is highly recommended and definitely worth repeating.

Great stay at Alessandro's, I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and has all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for independent access to the apartment were clear and easy. It feels safe because the apartment is in a closed and quiet residence. There is parking across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small peaceful oasis close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

We had a wonderful stay in Roma and it was really nice to have nice places to walk around to find breakfast in the morning or for supper just before heading back to the very beautiful, sunny and cosy appartment. We were really happy thank you!

We had a great time because the apartment is in a perfect location. It's very easy to walk to visit the sights of Rome. Francesco also gave us some great restaurant tips. He is very responsive and has always been able to help us to ensure that our stay went smoothly.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.
