Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

Wir hatten mit Salvatore einen sehr guten und aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern auf Airbnb. Es war wie im Paradies und sehr sauber. Die Aussendusche hat es uns in diesem heissen Sommer sehr angetan.. sie war herrlich abkühlend! Wir haben die grosszügige Terrasse genossen und das Morgenessen draussen bei herrlicher Aussicht eingenommen. Obschon uns Salvatore viele Möglichkeiten angegeben hat, wo man Essen gehen könnte, haben wir es uns zu Hauses gemütlich eingerichtet und die praktische Küche genutzt, um uns selber zu Verpflegen. Salvatore war stets zu erreichen und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr oder einen guten Tipp. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben, da es uns sehr angetan hat. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen ein weiteres Mal Salvatore und seine Unterkunft zu besuchen! In diesem wunderschönen Haus sollte es Rauchfrei sein, dass wäre unserer einziger negativen Punkt.. lieber Salvatore, Danke für alles! Liebe Grüsse Kurt, Annemarie, Anita und Stefan

Das war auf jeden Fall einer der schönsten (!) Plätze die wir in 12 Jahren AirBnB erlebt haben. Der Ort ist einfach magisch! Du bist umgeben von der schönsten Natur, alles ist so friedlich und umarmt dich und du entspannst sobald du den Weg durch die Olivenhaine dorthin fährst. Alles ist so unglaublich liebevoll arrangiert und durchdacht und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Die Zelte sind komfortabel und super gemütlich . Wir haben alle wie die Babys geschlafen. Jedes Zelt hat einen eigenen Essbereich. Dort haben wir abends im Kerzenschein das Essen genossen, was dort Family-made frisch zubereitet wird. Das solltet ihr euch wirklich nicht entgehen lassen. Madre mia! Für uns Food-Lover war das ein Moment der Glückseligkeit. Und dann die Gastgeber: Es sind die herzallerliebsten Menschen! Unser Auto hatte eine Panne und die ganze Familie hat uns dabei geholfen, dass wir bei einer Werkstatt alles in Ordnung bringen lassen und rechtzeitig weiterfahren konnten. Wir kommen wieder! An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

A beautiful, spacious apartment just minutes from Lamezia Terme airport, with a pizzeria right below the apartment. Everything was beautiful, and very well maintained. Our host was warm and accommodating, especially when we had to check in later than anticipated. I would definitely recommend the lodgings. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance, although there is construction on the road (as of April 2025), which limits the walkability a little.

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit chalet immersif. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et disponible. Il nous a réservé une table dans un restaurant simple et très bon. Le chauffage aux pellets est très agréable. Séjour très dépaysant, et ressourçant. Attention le magasin d'alimentation le plus proche en basse saison est à 25 min, penser à vous organiser ! Abbiamo alloggiato con degli amici nell'appartamento di Giuseppina, ci siamo trovati bene in merito a tutto: stanze pulite, comunicazione immediata con Giuseppina, che è stata un'host davvero disponibile, venendo incontro alle nostre richieste. La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla, vicino al centro, raggiungibile però tramite un mezzo. C'era anche la disponibilità di poter usufruire della piscina esterna. Consigliato!
