Rodrigo was very attentive from the first contact. He instructed us about the location and introduced us to the accommodation when we arrived. The atmosphere is cozy and was as shown in the photos, organized and clean. The location is great. You've met our expectations.

The stay at Marajoara home was wonderful, the apartment was clean, well maintained, utensils, furniture, bed and bath linens in order, Luciana is an empathetic, flexible host, the building manager (Carlos) and also the concierge service, especially Eduardo (with whom I had more contact), were extremely attentive and careful with regard to tourist attractions and the best way to get to and enjoy them. It is worth mentioning the safety guidelines for arriving and leaving the place at night, as the street is deserted, otherwise it was great, if I return to Belém I will certainly stay at the Marajoara home.

Our accommodation was very good. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The house is well-equipped, it had everything you needed for everyday living. The neighborhood is quiet, very peaceful, with easy access to the market (10 min walk), the pharmacy (3 min walk) and easy to get an Uber too. Because it is well located, the main tourist spots were very close (the Uber cost between 10-15 reais to some tourist spots). The host is extremely helpful, responds quickly and is totally willing to help/resolve any issues so that the guest has the best stay possible. I recommend it 100%. Thank you.

My stay at Tereza's apartment was excellent. Our stay was peaceful, everything we were looking for. Close to all the places we needed to be. Fábio and Márcia are always ready to meet any need that may arise, and this counts a lot when it comes to hospitality. So, if anyone has doubts about choosing this option as accommodation, choose it without fear, because in addition to the hosts always being available, the apartment has a good structure, in a great neighborhood in Belém and everything is close.

The availability of a washer and dryer inside the apartment was an excellent differential for us. Modern TVs and refrigerator, fast internet, air-conditioning in both rooms. Well laid-out studio with comfortable couch, very nice bed, excellent TV. The Radisson is in the center of Belém so extremely close to all amenities. This rental does NOT include hotel breakfast nor underground parking - both of which are available for a fee. The rooftop pool is pretty cool!
