This was the best accommodation I've ever stayed in! The place is exactly the same as the photos and even better, it has several details that demonstrate the care and affection that Jaciara has. With a fan, air conditioning, well decorated, several super useful utensils in the kitchen, everything is very complete. The outdoor area is a spectacle! Lying in a hammock surrounded by greenery is the true definition of peace. At night, with the lights and a glass of wine, you don't even feel like going out, lol. The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot. It is next to the beach and the downtown area. And what made it all the more special was Jaciara's kindness and affection. It makes all the difference to have a host like her. She always responded quickly, answered all my questions, gave several recommendations, was flexible and always very friendly. I can't even think of any flaws in my stay, everything was surreal and wonderful. Jaciara, thank you for all the care and attention, I am very grateful for this wonderful experience!

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. Thank you very much, Nice, for all your care with me and my family. You're ahead of the curve. We'll be back!

I spent a month in the apartment and really liked it. Well located, close to several things and a very quiet condominium. The hosts were cordial and the apartment is well equipped and organized, my only observation is for the chairs that need a wash, the seats were very dirty.

Great apartment, with a wonderful view. As there were only 2 of us, the apartment met our needs. Clean and organized place with full kitchen. The surroundings seemed safe, and very good for those who like to practice physical activity. Anyway, I felt at home. I definitely have a favorite place to stay when I return to Fortaleza.

Very pleasant stay. Safe place, close to everything and easy to get around the city. Everything was clean and tidy, Jofre always responded and even guided me to places to visit. I highly recommend it, because I'll be back soon to stay a few more days.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful home. The residential complex has the help of both João Paulo and Lidiane, who are always very willing. The pool is very shallow, practically a jacuzzi, but it's worth it for those who enjoy it. The location is great for the beaches, but it is far from the center. Super complete apartment, the only thing missing was hand soap in the bathroom sink.

Julio was very responsive and attentive! Very cozy and well located place. I highly recommend for stay. Note: a tip for the accommodation would be to add thicker sheets (e.g. duvet)

Our stay at Mauritius' was pretty cool! We had some mishaps concerning items in the house but the host requests very quickly, met us and resolved our demands!
