Beautiful place! Wonderful sunrise!! The house and the hostess note 1000! The Rebecca very attentive, we love everything! I definitely recommend to everyone looking for a peaceful, safe and wonderful place!!

Location of the house is excellent, a nice, beautiful space with lots of cooking utensils. Easy communication with the people who rented us, always available to answer questions. We just thought the ceiling cleaning could be more up to date, but nothing that affected our stay.

The stay at Romário's house was a delight. The house matched the listing and actually had more things (like television, which wasn't on the listing). The house was very clean and organized. Nearby there is a dam and a river, which is definitely worth a visit. Romário leaves a neighbor of the house responsible for cleaning and organizing the place, which is very nice, because whenever we need her, she was right next door. The wife and her husband were very receptive and always came by to see if we needed anything. We love to meet you. We hope to return back to stay again again. I highly recommend it!

The space is very beautiful and the accommodations very cozy!! My family and I were impressed by the locality and also with the farm! The atmosphere is very clean and the convenience of the kitchen utensils was excellent! The place is so amazing that my puppies felt very comfortable! I recommend the staff of the rental, a great property corresponding to the images. The island is complete, with very helpful collaborators and a great restaurant. The island's surroundings are great for hiking!!

Simone's house in Assis was an amazing experience! It was my first time in the city and the house exceeded my expectations. It was a delight to host me in this house! The property is super functional, thought to the smallest details to ensure practicality in everyday life, without giving up comfort. The environments are well distributed, airy and very well-equipped – all working perfectly. You can feel the warmth and whim in every corner: from the cozy decor to the super well-organized daily use items. The hostess is a separate show – kind, helpful and with excellent communication, which has made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. The location also deserves to be highlighted: a safe, well located neighborhood with easy access to everything. Ideal for those who want to rest and for those who need to get around with practicality. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely return!

We had very peaceful days. The house is in a great location in the city, it is comfortable, it has everything you need for a great day-to-day experience in the bathrooms, living room, bedrooms and kitchen. In fact, we feel at "our home". Simone was very attentive and we intend to return soon.

This trip was a business trip in which it was my parents and my grandfather, they liked the house and host Pedro very much, all very clean, soft bed, quiet neighborhood and just a caveat to the sanitary leak that was not working very well, but after lodging my parents commented with Pedro and he said he would fix it because he was not aware of the issue. For the rest, they liked it very much and soon they will have to go again, we will rent again.

It was very good! The house met all our expectations. Simone and Teresinha are very friendly and respond very quickly. We'll be back for sure.
