Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. La climatisation est réversible pour profiter hiver comme été. Le toit-terrasse offre une vue dégagée sur mer et montagne. L'appartement est situé à 200 mètres de la plage et donne accès à 4 piscines en moins de 2 minutes. Une aire de jeux pour enfants à proximité également. La cuisine est toute équipée, ainsi qu'une cuisine d'été sur le toit avec un barbecue. Les salles de bains sont équipées de chauffage au sol.
