My experience at Mr. Carlos' house was excellent. The house is very clean and organized, which made all the difference. In addition, the breakfast the couple prepared for us was simply wonderful. A ten-star hospitality!

Very beautiful place, cool, spacious, great for the leisure of friends and family ! The house needs small improvements, but nothing has hindered our days of rest . Renata's office has always been present, careful, capricious and requests ! Jean, a great host, available and attentive to our needs ! They were happy days, I recommend !

The purpose of the trip was to relax and stay away from the end-of-year fires, and the place was perfect for that. A beautiful place, with outdoor space and a wonderful view of the mountains. Exceptional for those who want to get away from it all. Sallas and Sílvia were very kind and tried to resolve all requests promptly. It is about 8 km from Mar de Espanha, dirt road. So, we went to the city a few times to buy food and see the surroundings. Even in this rainy season, we had no difficulty getting around.

Apt clean and identical with the photos. I would advise taking that smell of mothballs because as soon as you enter the apartment already to feel. I had problems with the entrance to the garage because they had the monthly fee late, an attention in this part would be interesting. In addition, good location and for being of background, there is no noise at all, it is very quiet.

The only observation is the indication of the address, it does not work in GPS applications. I believe that providing a step-by-step guide for those who do not know the region would help. E.g.: take the Caete road to Sandira and when you start the dirt road, count 4 km.
