Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Quiet & Spacious 7th floor City Centre Apartment. Major tourist attractions on your doorstep. Close to train, bus and tram stops. East Midlands Airport only 30 minutes by car. Theatre Royal & Motorpoint arena are a 5 minute walk away. We also have a temporary single bed for children under 7, if told its needed in advance. Jan 2026, the flat has been redecorated, and some new bits and bobs have been added.
