In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

This is the perfect place to stay in Rome! in the middle of a lively and beautiful neighbourhood, full with places to eat and drink. All the main central spots are within a walking distance. Everything was as described, and a very kind and wellcoming host! Thank you, Germana! We really enjoed our stay!

Excellent location, very spacious and well-equipped.

We had a great stay at Maria Teresa's place! The location is just fantastic, close to everything and the Metro, very peaceful at night. We were a family of four, with 2 teenagers. It was the perfect amount of space for us all, giving us a great space to start and end our days, and retire to between site seeing. Its a beautiful, fully vintage space on the almost top floor, we made use of all of it, from the small balcony looking onto the courtyard behind the apt to the private patio. It looks just like the pictures -- its cozy and welcoming. The bathrooms and kitchen were perfectly clean, the beds really comfortable, everything we needed was available. Maria Teresa and her colleague Karina got us settled quickly and gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants -- these were terrific and really made our stay 10+. Its situated in a very high end part of Rome, for the price and location, it can't really be beat. We were just sad to leave and are planning our next trip to Italy soon!

The house flat is very well appointed and has a lovely outdoor space (tables, couch, tv). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a very modern space, and well decorated. However, there are small signs older infrastructure (there was a mildew smell in the primary bathroom that carried through the room). This might be common in the center of Rome and the older plumbing. The appointments made by the owner made this space perfect for what we needed.

The apartment was big, beautiful and in good shape. The host was very responsive and they gave us clear instructions on the stay. It is very close to the metro station and it has stores nearby to buy goods. Great stay.

We were a group of 10 friends and the apartment was just perfect for us. The location was great with great connectivity via public transport. The apartment was clean with all the required amenities available. Mariastella and Camila were great hosts and were super helpful with providing all the required information. Their recommendations on local places were excellent and made our evening absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return here when we visit Rome again.

Emanuela welcomed us in a very friendly, courteous and reliable way. The apartment is excellently connected to public transport and in the area there are plenty of bars and restaurants that differ very pleasantly in terms of price from the expensive eateries in the city center. The apartment itself is simple but has everything you need for a city vacation and is also very spacious. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment's location is unparalleled, literally one block from the Colosseum and very close to all the other attractions. Pamino is very friendly and the access is very easy. Highly recommend.

very well located apartment a few minutes from St Pierre Square and the Vatican a direct bus to the center of Rome quiet and quiet area everything necessary is available in the apartment, it's perfect for a short trip to Rome

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Everything was perfect, the owners were very friendly and showed interest in helping you. Very good recommendations
