The kitchen is fully equipped. There is dining room and a separate living room. There is a space for an office and also a fire pit in the rear. There are outdoor chairs to bring around the fire. In the front right there is a small patio with a concrete table and 3 benches for morning coffee or beverages in the evening.

Just outside your front door is a relaxing 7,000 gallon swimming pool and covered patio. Stretch out in a rocker on the patio or on the porch of nearby Winsum Centennial Cottage.
