The appartment in the basement of a big family house is nice and in a quiet area of the city. You have everything you need in it. There were homemade biscuits and several things to eat and drink for breakfast. I appreciated this attention. The appartment is close by car to Mystra. It was a nice place to stay to visit it.

Had a fantastic 10 nights stay. Highly recommend. A truly welcoming host who went the extra mile for us during our stay from helpful advice on what to see / local restaurants to welcoming us with a bottle of wine and treats which was most welcome after an early UK flight . A hidden gem and panagiota is an outstanding host - please do visit !

What can I say about Kelly! An amazing person in a beautiful space! Kelly, at our request, was kind enough to allow us to do a small gathering at her place with catering. It was dreamy, a moment for us very important that we will remember forever! Kind, sweet, welcoming! Always willing to help with anything! We booked the whole house, a very large space ready to host several people and very beautiful! A lovely garden, super well-maintained! We are very happy to have chosen this place and wish our way to bring us back there soon! The space is also suitable for people who want quiet and seclusion. It's among olive fields and endless greenery! Just 15 minutes from the center of Kalamata and 4 minutes from Messina! Nothing was difficult for us! Thank you very much ❤️🌸

We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks at this dream location in the Peloponnese, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. The atmosphere is truly magical, with spectacular scenery surrounding the property—from green hills to the blue sea visible in the distance. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the daily hustle and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our hosts, Nasia and Tasos, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with generosity and took care of every detail, making our stay extremely comfortable. They were always available to offer recommendations on places to visit or activities to do in the area, which made our vacation even more special. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic spot surrounded by the beauty of Greek nature. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to with great pleasure! A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

Agni is an exceptional host! She’s incredibly detail-oriented, warm-hearted, and attentive to every request. The place is immaculate—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and filled with thoughtful touches. Agni considers every detail to ensure a flawless stay. We stayed with our two kids, who absolutely loved meeting her and spending time at her place. It truly felt like being welcomed into a caring and comfortable space. We highly recommend staying with Agni and will definitely return!

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

We had such a beautiful stay at Despina and Jan's house - incredible views and sunsets, so relaxing to be tucked away in the hill side with lemon and orange trees and the sparking sea view. Really special. We arrived very late on the first evening and Panagiota was so helpful despite us getting lost! There was a delicious bottle of white wine waiting for us in the fridge! Massive thanks and hope to stay again sometime.

Tim and Ginger's place was amazing. They have the best view and it's very private and quiet. The host was very responsive, flexible and helpful with the check in procedures. Overall, an amazing experience ! Thank you!

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. A very quiet space, a lot of hospitality, our very helpful host. We were just missing some kitchen aje, and the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom is a little shabby

Perfect accommodation! Large spacious bathroom, two independent bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen with extra sofa bed. The kitchen had everything except coffee maker (which we personally used a lot). Cleanliness! Mrs. Evangelia is just wonderful! Always with a smile to ask if we are missing anything! The beach below the house is accessible on foot in 2 minutes, with thin gravel, which in the afternoon was like private (we were almost on our own). The best vacation we've had! Thank you very much!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Maria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful, she gave lots of local tips for beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the marina, beaches and old town. Totally worth a visit, highly recommended.
