Very lovely beyond expectations

Wow, what can I say, this place is simply amazing! The house is spacious with great sized rooms, well appointed kitchen with a few basics and pods for the coffee machine, which was a great touch. The bathrooms all have lovely toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so no need to bring them. The master bathroom has a door to a private balcony, also accessed from the master bedroom, which was super cool and had an amazing view, as did every window in the whole house! The outside space is just gorgeous, nice wee pool, comfy loungers and my favourite was the covered seating area, I miss having my morning coffee there. There is a great BBQ area with a bag of fabulous local charcoal provided, a basketball hoop and ball which my kids used a lot and a swing set & seesaw for younger ones. Lidl is a 5 minute walk and had everything we needed but the closest restaurant is a good 30 minute walk so a car is advisable. We hope to return as Eleni was an amazing host and her house is amazing !

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

We’ve stayed in many airbnbs, and this was definitely one of our favorites ever! Our fantastic host had thought of everything and was so helpful and easy to communicate with. His family even left us some sweets from a local bakery. The apartment is in a great location - tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. within a less than 10 minute walk from the apartment. The inside of the apartment is so cozy, functional, and comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Everything was spotless. And of course, the rooftop terrace is an incredible space!! We felt like we were on our own little island in the middle of the city, and were able to truly relax. We loved Kalamata, and we loved our stay here. We will absolutely be back.

We had a great time at Oasis Villa. The Villa is even nicer then the pictures would suggest... I know, hard to believe, but its 100% true. Its awesome. With a car you are in Kalamata in less then 10 Minutes but whenever you want you can enjoy the quite of your own garden or the majestic view from one of the many balconies. Also Panagiotis and Nikos were super nice and helped us with useful tips and quickly responded to our questions. Thank you so much for making our stay an unforgettable experience. It couldn’t have been better. A 100% recommendation

I booked all three villas so my children and their babies had their own space , which was so perfect. We all had the choice of staying by the pool or going to the beach which was three minutes or so away.. Agios Nicolios was a 20 minute walk , where there are many very good Tavernas to try in the evening. Wonderful place . We all loved our stay so much.

Fantastic house and owner attentive at all times to our needs. The location is perfect, in a very quiet area and 2 streets away from the beach. In fact, you can get there by walking.

The apartment is very bright and has a spectacular view in all directions. Although the weather was a bit inconsistent, we were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings very much. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We had two very nice days in Mystras.

we had a fantastic stay! Christina is an excellent host - very responsive and welcoming. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of the bread, jam, and fruit basket upon arrival. The house was clean and perfectly situated for climbers, with many sectors nearby. Having yoga mats available was a real bonus for stretching after long days on the rocks. highly recommend!!
