Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mani Peninsula

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

Staying in a historic property that was carefully and lovingly restored was memorable. This property is well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The space in front of the home is a public square; noise was not a factor. Future renters should be aware that the listing describes on premises parking, which is misleading as this is a pedestrian only area. Luggage can be dropped off at the front gate (Kastro), where the property manager will meet you and show you to the home. For 10 euros, you can hire a porter to move your luggage. Unless you have a light small suitcase or daypack, this is highly advisable. As we are traveling for 3 months and have 56cm suitcases, this was a godsend! This was our 14th AirBNB of the trip, and our 4th in Greece. I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality and warmth displayed by the property manager; our interactions were highly transactional, which is the opposite of our Greek experiences. Overall, happy we stayed once.

Such a wonderful apartment! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kalamata. Leonidas and his wife are such lovely people. They gave us traditional sweets and gave us local recommendations which were super nice. Always responsive to our questions. The apartment itself was clean and just like the photos. We felt right at home. Thank you again to Leonidas and his wife for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend them and their apartment.

Ruim, schoon, goed geouitilleerd appartement, met vanaf terras en patio fraai uitzicht op Agia Pelaga en omgeving. Parkeren direct voor het appartement. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer wiens moeder voor een uitstekende lunch zorgde. Tijdens onze afwezigheid werd het appartement keurig onderhouden. Wij hebben het hier zeer goed naar onze zin gehad.

Petros’ place was very clean, centrally located and was a lovely place to stay! Felt very safe and had every amenity that we needed.

We loved Nikos' place! It's even nicer than in the photos. The surroundings are beautiful. The village is peaceful, with an amazing restaurant (Koukounari) and a lovely cafe. People are super friendly. Several well-signed hiking routes start from the village - we enjoyed two that were suitable for primary aged kids. Nikos is a very responsive host and his mum left us a delicious homemade cake for breakfast. We highly recommend both Nikos' place and the area! Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσια. Ο Νίκος απαντούσε αμέσως στις ερωτήσεις μας και η μαμα του μας αφησε ένα υπέροχο σπιτικό κέικ για πρωινό. Τα Τζιντζινα ειναι πολύ όμορφα -ήσυχα, μες στη φύση - και η ταβέρνα Κουκουναρι έχει καταπληκτικό φαγητο. Από το χωριό ξεκινούν διάφορα καλα σηματοδοτημένα μονοπάτια. Περπατήσαμε δυο που ήταν κατάλληλα και για παιδια δημοτικού. Συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και το σπίτι του Νίκου και τη περιοχή. Τα Τζιντζινα ειναι ιδανικός προορισμος για ενα σκ μακρια απο την Αθήνα ή και παραπανω.

Seaside views and walkable to a semi private swimming cove! Who could want more! The space was great! Felt like I was living in my parents house!! All the amenities needed. Beds and ac were comfortable! The apartments are right on the sea and walkable to the Main Street! Also walkable to Ritsa beach in about 20 min! Parking right outside! Would highly recommend and I would love to come again!

I booked on behalf of wind turbine technicians who had a brilliant stay. I cannot recommend Eleni and Harry's apartments enough! We stayed for a few months and it was the perfect home away from home - with great WiFi, good parking, fully equipped kitchen etc. Plus, the hosts helped with any request we had - and went out of their way to help us! Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

We stayed at Anastasia’s place as a family of five and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Anastasia was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and very responsive. She provided clear instructions for all the house amenities, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Appartement très bien placé et bien agencé. Très propre. Il est situé près des commerces et des restaurants. La propriétaire est très réactive et adorable.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή, το σπίτι άψογο, εύκολο παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή, η κυρία Άννα πολύ ευγενική. Σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμούσαμε την διαμονή.

Le logement correspond exactement à la description, parfait pour les deux voyageurs que nous étions. Chrisoula a été plus qu'accueillante et est venue nous saluer à notre arrivée et notre départ, toujours disponible si besoin. Nous avons quand même pu arriver de manière autonome, et nous avons été accueillis avec des oranges et des œufs au frais ! L'emplacement est parfait si vous voulez aller à pied à Monemvasia.

Nous recommandons l’appartement de Lena particulièrement bien situé à Kalamata, spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, avec une très belle terrasse, immense et vue sur la mer. La plage accessible en 2 minutes, tout comme de bons restaurants conseillés par Lena qui nous a accueillis merveilleusement et le réfrigérateur plein de bonnes choses ! Un séjour parfait. Merci Lena !

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!

Ομορφος χώρος σε ιδιαίτερο κτίσμα, παλιό, πέτρινο, ανακαινισμένο. Από το μικρό μπαλκονάκι, θέα άπλετη.

πολύ βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του νησιού που βολεύει για να γυρίσεις τις παραλίες από όλες τις πλευρές. όσον αφορά το σπίτι είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό περιποιημένο και προσεγμένο. δροσερό ( δε χρησιμοποιήσαμε σχεδόν καθόλου ac). για τους οικοδεσπότες τι να πω. Η Ελίνα τρομερός άνθρωπος μας βοηθησε πολύ και εκεί σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. επίσης το σπίτι είχε πρωινό το οποίο βόλεψε πάρα πολύ. το προτείνω το κατάλυμα
