Vacation rentals with beach access in Mani Peninsula

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, light-filled, large, modern apartment close to the beach and walkable to other Kalamata neighborhoods. It was a great place to stay!

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Un excellent choix, l'appartement est ravissant,aménagé avec bon goût et avec une terasse immense! Stella et son mari ont été très aimables,des hôtes parfaits! Merci pour leur hospitalité, un endroit à recommander.

Modernes, toll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Balkon unmittelbar am Meer im 1. Stock. Schönes und praktisches Bad/WC. Komfortable Betten in einem ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmer auf der Hinterseite. Die Cafes und Tavernen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, stören die Nachruhe aber überhaupt nicht. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind am Hafen reichlich vorhanden. Alles Bestens!

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από το χώρο! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο! Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα!! Πολύ φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες! Το σημείο πολύ καλό! Θα ξαναμέναμε σίγουρα αν ξανα επισκεπτόμασταν την περιοχή!

Η Χρυσούλη απαντούσε άμεσα. Όταν της ζητήσαμε ένα επιπλέον πάπλωμα, το παρείχε άμεσα. Μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας σε ένα δικό της χώρο πέρα από την ώρα του check out έτσι ώστε να κάνουμε μια τελευταία βόλτα.

We had the best time at this cosy apartment literally a minutes walk to a coffee shop, a supermarket and a decent selection of local tavernas. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly, offering local recommendations and making us feel right at home. Hard recommend! They recommended we rented a car and I’m really glad we did. The beaches with loungers and amenities are a few minutes easy drive, but probably too long a walk in the high temperatures. Tonnes of easy parking and a lovely picturesque drive from the airport! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!

Die Unterkunft war schön und hatte viel Platz. Es gab sogar zwei Badezimmer, man kann diese Unterkunft gut zu viert besuchen. Das Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben schnell eine Rückmeldung auf alle Fragen erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist ca 10‘ zu Fuss von den Restaurants entfernt und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand unterhalb (Privatstrand der Resorts) ist ruhig und leer und man kann gut Zweisamkeit geniessen. Es hat sogar zwei Liegestühle in der Unterkunft welche man nach unten nehmen kann. Das Bett war auch bequem jedoch war es eher eng, wer es kuschelig mag hat sicherlich keine Probleme damit. Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Our family had an amazing stay at Maria’s STUNNING home. You feel like you’ve gone back in time in Monemvasia but with modern amenities like air conditioning and wifi. Maria was so responsive and everything was super easy. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back! Thank you!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

We had a great stay in Traute's place near Leonidio. The beach house has a secluded feel, with great views in all directions.

we loved the spaciousness and peacefulness of this villa and its grounds. The host provided many amenities in the kitchen, and a basket full of goodies, olive oil, jams, and wine. The beach was a short walk down the road, with a bar café, right on the water to have coffee or drink. It was a short drive to town, or less than a mile to walk. comfortable beds, outdoor balcony to gaze at the stars, a large covered porch outside the kitchen door, and a dining area under the olive trees. As close to paradise as anything we could have hoped for.

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, με όλες τις ανέσεις, το οποίο καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, που διαθέτει πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ τριγύρω. Η κα Καίτη είναι υπέροχη και πολύ εξυπηρετική και προνοητική. Σε κάθε μας αίτημα απαντούσε πάρα πολύ άμεσα, ενώ πριν φτάσουμε στο σπίτι μας είχε στείλει πληροφορίες αναλυτικές για το τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε στην περιοχή, σχετικα με το φαγητό, κα. Σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά που θα κατεβούμε προς Καλαμάτα και τα περίχωρα, θα προτιμήσουμε αυτό το σπίτι!

High end place, spotless and with great views and amazing sunsets with the background of the sea. Fully equipped with a lot of extras and we got also a basket with local food and a fridge with beers and variety of soft drinks. The private parking with the electric gate are very convenient. The hosts made sure we will have all what we needed or asked for.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt hat echt gut gefallen. Lage ist sehr gut. Apartment hat alles für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Emmanouela. Il est parfaitement situé (la vue est splendide), spacieux, propre, bien aménagé et surtout incroyablement bien équipé. On se sent comme à la maison et c'est un réel confort quand on est en voyage. Cerise sur le gâteau, Emmanouela est très professionnelle, arrangeante et sympathique. L'arrivée se faisant en totale autonomie, j'ai eu plusieurs questions à lui poser une fois sur place et elle a toujours répondu rapidement et en proposant des solutions. Les instructions tant pour arriver à l'appartement que pour sa prise en main étaient détaillées et parfaitement claires. Bref, tout a été parfait et le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Une pépite en somme !

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία σε ενα ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Μονεμβασιάς! Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.
