We had another wonderful stay at Pip & Dan’s place. It’s such a beautiful and peaceful spot. The house was great, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pip was always super responsive through the whole process.

Beautiful location and sea views with access through 2 gates taking you to the rocky bay. Huge fully fenced yard great for our dog Judge and our 3 year old son. The chest of games and toys went down a treat for both and the 3 bdrm house had everything we could need for a weekend get away. The house was also lovely and warm AND we could see the mountain from the entrance way. Would definitely come back again. Thanks for having us, great hosts!

We are a family of nine (plus a toddler). Dawn’s place fit us right in with 4 rooms with ensuite. 2 toilets n a washing machine. Warm house in Winter. Full kitchen. Great Location, near to town center. Thank you Dawn for the hospitality xx

We booked Janes airbnb for a girls night away. It was absolutely perfect! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. There was a high level of comfort, with everything designed to make you feel at home. The bushy back view made it feel even more peaceful. Everyone loved the house!Highly recommend!

This property ended up being a back-up for my family as the place we had originally booked sold. It was a fantastic option, and we were so grateful it was available so close to our booking date. Everyone was really comfortable in the home. We had six adults and two children, and the house soaked us up well. We would definitely stay here again.

This property and host is AWESOME! The property exceeded all expectations and is even better than the photos. The house is beautiful. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and has luxury finishes. The kitchen is huge and has all amenities you could need. The beds were so comfortable. The location is also so convenient to all major sites. Stay here … you won’t be sorry!! Highly recommended!

Fabulous place to stay, very comfortable beds, full kitchen and great space to relax in. Hosts left great instructions, no issues with anything all weekend. Easy walk to the coastal path and to town, thermal pools over the road were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to spend some time in New Plymouth.

Davina was the hostess with the mostest. Such a lovely and respondent host, to every query we asked about. The Airbnb was easy to find and the instructions for location, accessing this Unit, was informative and easy to follow. This stunning, 2 large bedroomed, unit, with a nice lounge area and bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine, included was pristinely clean and just what was required. All amenities were available and all cupboards and drawers were clearly labelled. So that you knew where everything was located. We slept like King's! the beds were so comfortable and the linen was luxurious and on point. It did get a bit cool, one of the nights we were there. But the heat pump kept us warm. Although there was no Dryer available. There was a clothes line onsite that we could hang our clothes on, instead. So an amazing experience and stay and we would love to stay again and recommend this to any person or group of 4 to stay. You won't regret it. Thanks Davina

We came down from Auckland for the International Female Riders Day (motorbikes) and the unit exceeded expectations. Clean, bright and modern with super comfy beds and a lovely big outdoor seating area, with gorgeous views overlooking the ocean. It is alot bigger than expected, with full kitchen and a fabulous bathroom. Plenty of parking space. The location was private and off the main roads, which meant we didn't have to worry about the security of our motorbikes. Wendy was a great host, and I would recommend this airbnb to anyone without hesitation.

This is a ground floor apartment, part of a block of several apartments in one building. One is aware of neighbours in the adjacent apartments, but not overly so. The apartment has a front courtyard which is well planted, making it attractive and private. The furniture is chic and comfortable, befitting the advertising. Despite the cold night, we found the apartment warm and comfortable, and the beds provided a good nights' sleep. The location is a few minutes' drive from the city shops and restaurants.

An amazing place to stay. My only gripe is that we wish I could’ve stayed there longer. The host was friendly, very welcoming, and prompt with their communication. The stunning beachfront view was priceless! Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to friends and family. 5 stars 🌟

Les and Gayleen are absolutely wonderful and the loviest people you’ll meet! I feel so lucky I was able to stay there for a month, it is so beautiful and clean and the perfect little space to get away or stay for a while. Definitely recommend in every way❤️

Thank you for accommodating us for our second visit. The unit is spacious and near new, comfortable and with parking at the door in a very convenient location. We enjoyed our second four night stay as much as the first and we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay with kids, wandering around together to meet the various members of the farm! Super clean, and as described. Not sure how temp was controlled but it was comfortable for us. Would stay again as it was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunrises through the lounge windows.

What a great & groovy place to stay! Friendly hosts & a very welcoming space to spend a couple of nights. Lovingly appointed with curios & comforts we nearly traded our sightseeing to just hang out. The back yard is literally backing onto lush sub-tropical forest yet so close to the CBD. A very easy adventure was to hire Martin’s E-bikes. Wonderful to spend 3 hours riding in a city yet hardly needing to cross roads & traffic. Exceptional bikeways along streams, through parks, beautiful gardens & along the coast. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Huatoki Hideaway is a gem!

We stayed in winter and the double glazing and the heatpump kept us nice and toasty. The apartment actually feels bigger than the photos suggest, also has lots of sun in the afternoon, which is great in winter. It is just a few minutes walk away from the city centre, and less than a 10 minute walk to the Pukekura Park. The busy road didn't bother us, as the apartment is at the back of the driveway. We also liked the comfy couch, powerful shower and fully equipped kitchen. We did hear the neighbours a few times though, as expected in an apartment block. The local tips for restaurants and things to do was very helpful. We'll definitely book again when we'll be visiting New Plymouth again!

My stay at Jennifer's was wonderful! She is so kind and welcoming. The place was comfortable and got full day sun which was perfect for reading. Jennifer had great recommendations of coffee, food and shops, and was great to chat with. Highly recommend!

The room was just as beautiful and lovely as in the photos. It was well-equipped with cutlery and amenities, making for a very comfortable stay!
