Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος 110 τ.μ. είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. κοντά στο λιμάνι με πανοραμική θέα της θάλασσας και της πόλης. Διαθέτει WiFi, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ (για ένα αυτοκίνητο) και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα, διαθέτει δύο διπλά κρεβάτια και έναν μεγάλο διπλό καναπέ κρεβάτι. Έχει δύο τουαλέτες (ένα μεγάλο με ντουζιέρα κ ένα μικρότερο wc) έχει μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και τρία μπαλκόνια (δύο μικρά και ένα μεγάλο περιμετρικά στην πρόσοψη του διαμερίσματος)
