This lovely, fully renovated apartment is located in a big complex of residences in the heart of the tourist area of Paphos. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and all the restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet location, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holidays. Externally, in a gated area is a large communal swimming pool with sun-beds and shower, surrounded by a well kept garden. A communal on-site parking is also available for those arriving by car.

Three bedrooms fully equipment kitchen with living room and beautiful yard in the middle. The house is a part of Spiti Group. Spiti in Greek means Home, all the houses are in Kathikas village. We can accommodate in total up to 14 guests. We love traditional houses, fully renovated with a modern touch, privacy and spotlessly clean!
