The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Small house ideally located in the bay between Mt St-Michel (37 km) and Cancale, small picturesque Breton port (12 km), 15 min from St Malo (beautiful fortified city facing the sea), 20 min from Dinard (pretty seaside resort) and 30 min from Dinan (charming medieval city). At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

The Park's Tiny House

Ideally located 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, in an idyllic and bucolic setting, come and discover the Tiny de Parc. Immersed in nature, we promise you an unforgettable stay. Fully equipped, this small house will meet all your needs. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.
