The host Sérgio is very helpful and easy to communicate with, he always responded quickly. The apartment was very clean and organized, everything prepared with great attention for our reception, provided basic kitchen supplies (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices), as well as cleaning and bathroom supplies. The apartment was very complete, with a washing machine, clotheslines, iron and ironing board, air-conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens for use and a couple more sets as reserves. The television easily accessed Netflix. The location of the apartment is very good, with an unobstructed view of the avenue and also of the pool area and soccer field, very good for us who went with children, who were able to go down alone and quickly made numerous friends in the condominium, which is even quite safe and has various services, such as a beauty salon and a 24-hour food and beverage shop. The vehicle's garage is covered and easy to access. Nothing but praise, we'd be happy to come back.

The decor is very tasteful and cozy, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. All the rooms were impeccable, with towels and linens that smelled fresh and in perfect condition. The location was also a big plus: safe, quiet and close to everything we needed. In addition, the house had all the utensils and basic items for a comfortable stay, from kitchen utensils to hygiene items. The host was exceptional, always available to help and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. Without a doubt, I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a comfortable place!
