We had a great time. Claire, Momo and their children are lovely hosts, always available and ready to be of service. We appreciated the fact of not experiencing water outages, the calm of the neighborhood and the proximity on foot to different services (bakeries, catering, Sodicash, Media library...) Very nice apartment, very comfortable. Small hitch on arrival with a wait of almost an hour to get the keys but it can happen to anyone to not have battery left in their phone to answer. Check before booking if there will be water because Mayotte is unfortunately still subject to water cuts. The owner provides water in reserve in the bathroom and kitchen if the stay takes place during water outages. Kind and responsive owner Best property in the area of all the ones I've tested! Sitty is adorable. The place is very cozy and our host is always improving it. We were able to communicate with her very easily, she is very available for any questions. A/C, fans, and water tank are a real asset. Our baby was able to stay cool. Thank you for a delightful stay on Petite Terre!

One of the most relaxing places on the island, a haven of peace 2 steps from the beach and the mountains! The bungas are very well decorated and very comfortable, the yoga room, the cinema room, plants everywhere, instruments available, the kindness of the host, good coffee, a kitchen, a painting exhibition, etc! A key property in Mayotte! And bonus, it's pet friendly, the dog particularly enjoyed meditating too. 😍

Far from the daily hustle and bustle of MAYOTTE, a peaceful oasis, to rest in peace after hard days' work. A good shower or bath when you get home is nice, even at home I dream of a bathtub. Then comes the terrace, where you can enjoy peacefully, in absolute calm, happiness. Then we get cooking, equipped like at home, we can make good meals, planchas, etc. And comes the fateful moment after eating, we settle on this sofa so big that we get lost in it, we put on the air conditioning a little to be well, and we forget to watch the movie, it's the movie that watches us. Upon waking up, we say 'Oh no', I forgot to do my reports, quickly before getting into the MAMOUDZOU traffic jams, let's go to this office worthy of the name. I found my base for my next trips to Mayotte, rare to find a place with so much potential. Thank you SITINHA for your kindness and availability at all times.

there were four of us and we rented the house for five. everything was great! cleanliness, location, setting, pool and everything you need to spend a few quiet days in a great setting! ramlati is attentive, easy to communicate with is easy! i highly recommend it and will come back for a future stay in Mayotte!!

Pauline was great from the beginning to the end of my (short) stay. She was very accommodating and even helped me a lot by helping me transport my belongings to the airport! Her house is perfect and it feels good there, I highly recommend it.

Great all positive, terrace is just great!!! beautiful sea views, mountains and bay. Exterior with dining table is lovely. As far as the interior is concerned, nothing to say frankly GREAT. Air conditioning, many channels that satisfied my children well, beautiful company the cats are adorable like hugs. And everything we need to pretend we were at home. Dishwasher ( even if not used), microwave, oven..... Bedroom , bathroom and shower , quite spacious. I would highly recommend it

Cozy 2-bedroom beachfront on the sea

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed the place very much. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. There are no water outages due to the water tank (which occurred on the island every three days during our vacation). The most beautiful is the balcony, from which you can easily observe the sea, the village life and many animals (e.g. Makis). There are two beaches in the friendly village from which we could snorkel well in the sea. The host welcomed us personally and showed us the apartment and beach accesses. He also has a kayak on the beach which can be rented for a fee. At the top of the street at the school, there is a kiosk where we could buy fresh bread, milk, drinks, etc. every morning.
